Do I ever cross your mind?

Did you get surprised?

Or am I just a fool, for you being in mine

Hands that were intertwined,

Now write words confined,

Now keeps them inside,

Now implied as an expired ride.

But I find myself tied to the beauty you hide, to the humour, the laughter, the being inside.

No words, no voice just still and bright, If I give you a like will I cross your mind?

I’d like to stay, if I had my way.. but “troubled kids lead with fists”

No goodbyes caused tired eyes

Seeing you so happy, many thoughts arise

You should be though, I wouldn’t want you to cry

I just wish I was there by your side

Because you were everything to me

And slowly but surely your hand slipped out from mine

Not knowing then how far it would unwind

I wish I knew so I could’ve tried

But I think I’ve lost, no longer twined

Farewell then friend but

Sorry if you didn’t wanna see sad but I need this off my chest and I need it out of my mind, I understand that your meant to lose friends when you get older but it was never meant to be you. I don’t feel like myself anymore and just feel like I need you rn but I can’t just talk to you.

If anyone wants to chat that’d be nice, I’m not looking for pity I just have no other way to express myself and advice on how to handle these feelings would be cool :)
