Perhaps not as many people were grief stricken over Goldenstar because he was already rapidly losing lives? So many cats were expecting his time to be up soon, and when it happened, they were sad and mourned him, but they'd processed most of their feelings. They just wish the best of him in StarClan now.

oo! i think you are absolutely right, and you have an excellent way of putting it into words. Goldenstar was old, and has been for a while, so in some ways, his death wasn't unexpected, nor was it even horrifically sad. he got to live a long life, happy with his husband and his kits.

i like the sound!! idk why i it didn’t immediately click with me bc this has a lot of elements i enjoy like the synths and bass and beat and lyrics are pretty good and align with other stuff i like BUT on a second listen i could groove with it much better. also helps that it sounds like some of the 80s stuff my dad and i listen to when he’s driving me places. this is more somethin i’d listen to in the bg while going to bed. good enough to be going on my general and sleepy playlists though!
