day 14: poison type: fezandipiti+okidogi+munkidori

i was kind of meh about these guys until i did my own take lol...usually i don't feel compelled to make pkg of pkmn who already have their own lore in canon, but seeing everyone else's takes inspired me to try at it. i ended up enjoying them quite a lot, even if i'm not done with them yet atm. i'm waiting to play the epilogue when i'm done this challenge /going crasy...

i imagined that they received the toxic chain at separate times, but were eventually drawn to each other due to the chain itself. initially they only cooperated together for their own benefit, but i think over time they do become actual friends.

i want to say that even though the chains granted their wishes, they were never truly happy. it was only though their relationship with each other that they finally got what they really desired in their heart. for okidogi, he finally became brave enough to fight after he started caring for the other two.

the left design is his riolu design! he's meant to be the partner pokemon in pmd:sky! so yeah the rock on his belt is the relic fragment and the badge is an explorer team badge!... it's his partner's badge though (he was a skitty!), and said partner is uhh. Gone 🤡so he's been in a depression arc since, RIP

me and my friend need to nail out a story still but the vibe is kinda even after the final boss the world still collapses so. he's also grungy bc of that woops

Day 24: Single Stage

seviper is such a cool-looking pokemon! i still remember the first time i found one in the tall grass and was like, omg what IS that thing, i bet it's super powerful and awesome... of course that was not the case, but despite the disappointment, i still think seviper is one of the coolest-looking pokemon out there. she's regal, she's deadly, and she's totally out to get you (especially if you are a zangoose)

Pokeddexy Day 10: Grass 🌱

Rosewater, she/they, mild & finicky! I fell in love with Lurantis in Kitakami. She is my speed demon darling, and if I actually drew props she has a pair of huge fancy scissors to slice 'n dice with!

it was hard to get started because there's the obvious fact that lurantis are just wearing a fancy furisode/hakama-esque look to begin with... but it felt too obvious to me.

I've also been considering a cdrama-style veil for a couple other pokeddexy days and it finally worked out well here! veil, back bow, and pants are translucent pink gauzy stuff with opaque patterns on top; 'embroidery' for veil and bow and maybe... ribbons? for the stripes on the pants. quite happy with it! they're lovely!

day 25: legendary - koraidon+miraidon (sienna+indigo)

my lizard twins ;_; they are the children of the professors who led the research expedition in area zero. as children, they hoped to one day see the outside world beyond the crater. this dream was shattered with the explosion of the malfunctioned time machine, as the league intended to hide the incident and their existence. left alone in this world, their grief brought back their parents and their students but in strange forms...

they eventually make their escape with the help of the paradox students, but their parents used any means to stop them...while they were flying out, they were shot midair and sent spiraling far away from each other. they are both relatively ok but neither of them have any of their memories...the main sv story is a journey about their reunion.
