hello! could i request a self care kit for a noncanon addison from deltarune themed around technology, the early internet, and the color red? i’m really not picky with what’s included, but would definitely appreciate a scented lotion (fine with most scents, but avoid vanilla or sugary smells if you could!), some stim toys or plushies, little accessories and trinkets, sweet snacks, and maybe a pair of fingerless gloves? i love things that glow but if that’s too tough to find no pressure!! /gen thank you! - @citizenoftmrrwlnd
Tumblr media
i'm so sorry but i dont think i know enough about deltarune to be able to do this request, but if you resend with a bit more detail about your kin i might be able to do it ? its just my lack of knowledge about the source thats making it a bit difficult to make connections between the themes and the items-

After posting the comic, I just realized there's some characters you won't know yet, both coming from me, but also my friends whp co-develop DPAU.
I will mention all their names and basic-ish descriptions here and who owns them, alongside characters you already know! Apologies for any typos.
Berry - (They/Them) A cream colored Addison with iconic red glasses. Very gentle, soft spoken and shy. They love oversized sweaters. Shorter than the average Addison. Does not glow unlike the other Addisons. Owns the Library with Blank. (Owned by me)
(AddiBlank) - (He/They) (Mostly uses he/him.) How Blank is referred to by us before his corruption. He's a blue fluffy haired Addison wearing a white shirt with blue and magenta/pink squares on it. He's about average Addison height, if not only a bit taller. Body type: The Local twink. He's very loud, outgoing, loves attention and hanging out with friends. Movie nerd, co-owns the Library with Berry, having his movie store inside of it. Is friends with the canon Addisons, and once even considered Spamton a best friend, calling themselves the underdog or "little guys" duo. (Owned by me) (Voiceclaim is Bo Burnham)
Blank - (He/They) Blank after his corruption with a Swatchling "mask". His face resembles a two sided theater mask - one side showing a haopy face and the other a sad face. It is divided by two colors, that being white and blue. He's massive, has long fluffy black hair and one of his arms is way bigger than the other. He's glitchy, extremely agressive and has dangerous anger issues. Secretly wishes things go back to normal. Hides and resides in Deep Dark Cyber City away from Berry and the rest of the cast. Spamton and Clambert are his mortal enemies. Has 5 pet Cursorats, Pantaloonie, Remt, The One And Only and Spaghetti. (Cursorats are a species of rats made for the AU, based on gaming mice. More animalistic in design than Maice.)(Owned by me)
Maddison - (He/Him) The near self-insert plot important comic relief. (Stop kin assigning my own OC I know he's the most based on me out of the whole cast /ij) He's a magenta colored Addison, with a long fluffy ponytail. He wears a fest suit with a dark cyan tie. He's very tall, taller than average. He's very loud, outgoing and hyperactive. He can also be described as smug, and as he calls himself "swag". He's the local gamer, speedrunner and live streamer. Chat asks him to hit the yoinky spoinky like 10 times a minute. Owns a game store near the Library. (Owned by me) (Theme song: Misery x CPR)
Berry, Blank and Maddison are childhood friends alongside Mocha and Tired Swatchling.
Mocha - (She/Her) A short, maskless Swatchling knowm for her tired demeanor. Her main color is orange, so it's her eye and tail feathers color. She wears a brown vest suit with an orange tie. She's got a short temper, appears rude and tired most if the time. She owns the cafe nextdoor to the Library, being business partners. She's childhood friends with Berry, Blank and Maddison. Tired Swatchling is her sibling. (Owned by Waddi)
Tired Swatchling/Tired - (They/Them) Thr character that originated from a Roblox Voicechat roleplay. Their canon voice is me. They're a masked Swatchling, highly resembling a Butler Swatchling. They have tirrd, red eyes and their mouth has a little tooth jag on it. They have messier hair than the other Butler Swatchlings, and they're slightly smaller. They wear a similar uniform, however theirs has a bowtie instead of an actual tie. They do not tuck in their tail. They're always VERY VERY tired, hence their name. Yes. it's their birth name. They work out sometimes and are VERY strong. Works at the Mansion. Their number one enemy is Rouxls Kaard. (Crimes include: Throwing him off a cliff, turning him into juice, freezing him, taking 5% of his organs and other comic mischief.) (Owned by me)
Tired and Mocha are siblings, their parents being Swatchling Momma 1 and Swatchling Momma 2, who are not named yet.
Swatchling Momma 1 - (She/Her) She's a short masked Swatchling. She has very poofy hair kept in a ponytail with a cyan and pink bow. She loves bright vibrant colors and dresses in those colors and in a more 80s fasion. She always wears some oversized socks. Her main color is pink so that's also her eyes and feather color. She's very peppy, friendly and energetic! She's very friendly! Too friendly sometimes. She loves her wife Swatchling Momma 2 very much. (Names will be edited once they have them.) Together, they own an cafe! (Owned by me)
Swatchling Momma 2 - (She/Her) A masked Swatchling with short, puffed-up hair. She's known for her big orange pinstripe pants and her gentle nature! She's more dull colored than Swatchling Momma 1, but still very funky and colorful. Her mouth also has a jagged tooth notch. Her main color is orange. She's very gentle, friendly and cheery as well. She can be a little abscent minded though, and gosh does she get gushy about her Swatchling Momma 1. She's very affectionate. (Owned by me)
Together SM1 and SM2 "adopted" Blank, Berry and Maddison after meeting them with Mocha and Tired when they were all little, making them all childhood friends.
They're the main friend group (Minus Tired, who is their friend but is away most of thr time due to them working at the Mansion.)
However, that isn't all, as other characters join the cast!
Joxter - (He/They) Based on JFK from clone high, also his voice claim. They're a a bright red Addison, who wears a varsity jacket and a cherry design on the back. He's a jock typr character and so he's very strong. He's also very friendly and kind and loves helping out others. They own a gym. He moves in near the main friendgroup of Addisons shortly before Blank's corruption. It still gave them time to meet and get acquainted. Also has the JFK "er uh" speaking quirk. Has a dad who isn't fully developed yet, his name is Buffalo. (Owned by Kat)
Lightbulb - (He/Him) A small, VERY brightly glowing yellow Addison. He moved in after Blank's corruption and was found by Joxter after digging through his trash. He owns a 5-Minute-Crafts-esk content farm channel, and he often steals ideas. Didn't always do this and he's not the most proud of himself. He's very anxious and tends to "break" after too much pressure. He will glow brightly, followed by a glass breaking sound and he will pass out for several seconds (or minutes). He wears very brightly colored clothing, but most notable are his colored glasses, each lens shaped like the play symbols. (Triangle and Square) He comes from Deep Dark Cyber City and... He's got some very important connections. Most notably, Kasiemo. (Owned by Kat)
AND WE CAN'T HAVE A GOOD STORY WITHOUT VILLAINS, CAN WE! (Yes we can, but that's a convo for later mayhaps)
Kasiemo/Kas - (She/Her) A pink Addison with burned skin, most notably on her hands and face. She has sharp teeth and short fluffy hair. She wears round circular glasses and a fancy suit. She owns the casino in Deep Dark Cyber City. It collects data on people who enter. She uses it for her own purposes or sells it. Kas is very sleazy, being a cheater and a scammer in the casino. She's also very intimidating, knowing she has lots of power around. She works closely with Clambert, even being in a "marriage" with him. They're not im love, it's for benefitd anf for show. They both have a hold om each other and can fuck each others bussinesses and everything up very easily. (Owned by Fox)
Clambert - (He/Him) The main villain of DPAU. He's a very short, brown Addison with very long cyan hair with a single black streak. He's got sharp yellow teeth and diamond shaped, dual colored glasses (cyan and white.) He's known for dressing very fancy and everyone knows his striped white and cyan scarf. To finish the look he also wears white high heels. He owns a jewelery store chain kn Cyber City as a cover up from hsi real schemes in Deep Dark Cyber City.
He's the number one source for Swatchling masks and some other things. He's very rich and yearns for more wealth and power. Alwayd has Swatchling guards nearby. He's very cruel and sadistic, and gave Blank an extremely corrupted Swatchling mask just to see him suffer. He likes making friends in Cyber City to lure them into Deeo Dark to shop there and enter some places that him and Kas have power over to collect their data. Has a pet Tasque, Perci. (Owned by me)
And of course, after the main cast there's side characters, who I will describe even mkre briefly, except for Brodi Adobi and Spectre who is important later in the story:
Brodi Adobi - (They/Them) (Might change to He/They) They're an extremely famous and influential figure in Cyber City. They're a fancy dual-colored Swatchling, being Cyan and Orange. They have triangle shaped markings under their orange eyes on their "mask". They take the two colors aesthetis seriously, appearing all over their outfit. Their suit vest is dark blue and the stripes on their sleeves are blue and cyan. Tucks in their tail, and they prefer their suits long tailcoats instead. They own a business called Adobi.
Adobi was given to them by their parents, so they never had any other paths in life. It sells overpriced art programs and art supplies. They also sell and create working artificial Swatchling masks for Swatchlings only with their company. They're known for appearing on TV a lot not only as an (not very good) actor but also for interviews and talk shows. They LOVE attention. Their least favorite thing, and their most sworn enemy are lemons. Voiceclaim is Cave Johnson. (Owned by me) (Never interacts directly with main cast) (Obviously parodies Adobe)
Spectre - (They/Them) THE gentle giant of DPAU. They're way bigger than the average Swatchling, but they're very kind and caring. Their main color is cyan and their eyes usually appear as a happy upside down v- shape. They have cute cyan cheek markings. They wear a blsck suit with a long flowing cyan tie. They also wear diamond protectors on their knees and are never seen out of rollerskates. They work at the Mansion, more specifically in Color Cafe, as the main waiter. They're also an entertainer there. They're Swatch's best friend and (wacky) roommate. They have beef with Tasque Manager, being possibly the one person they dislike. They become important in the story later on after saving Spamton from the basement after the NEO fight. He wasn't very happy about it. (This being able to let Spamton interact with the cast again after most DPAU specific stuff has been resolved. I yet have to mention The Heist once that's finished.) (Owned by me) (Voiceclaim id Triffany Lottablog, minus the strong accent.)
And noowww the backgroundish characters
Molly - (She/Her) A dressmaker masked Swatchling. Wears a cute pastel colored dress. Best friends with Orange Addison. They work together. Transfem icon. (Owned by me)
Scratch - (They/Them) My Deltarune sona/self insert! They don't appear a lot if at all, but they have a role in Malina's story who does appear but outside all of the DPAU specific OCs of the main plot of it. They're the fourth member of Sweet Cap'n Cakes (Scratchin' Sweet Cap'n Cakes/SSCC). They're a VERY energetic and hyperactive robot with the same energy I have, being basically a self-insert. They're a karaoke machine / soundboard and are known to play goofy sound effects randomly. Will haunt you with Among Us sound effects. They have a microphone tail, big black pants, a screen on their torso to display things and a big cyan bandana. They have a jaggy cay like mouth and their headphones go up their head - they have a cyan spade on the side and two glowing cyan ears float above them. They're the second tallest SSCC member - being shorter than K_K but taller than Cap'n and Sweet. They like saying "Meow, that's right!" and "Scratch that!" and "*Vine boom sound effect*" (Owned by me)
Hash - (They/Them) An early in development side character. Journalist maskless Swatchling. A commom visitor of the Library and cafe, okay friends with Berry and Blank.
Malina - (She/Her) A very important character in her own story! But in the main DPAU plot she doesn't even appear. A lightner bunny girl, who entered the computer room with Noelle and Berdly. Has plant powers. Besties with SCC. Noelle and Kris' childhood friend. Nicecream Guy's/Blue Ears/Marek's sister. Is a florist and helos Asgore in his store. Has a Snowgrave ending. (Others are unaffected by Snowgrave. Except for later in the story in the recovery parts, where Spamton is... Well fucked over.) (Owned by me)
Street Artist Swatchling - (She/Her) A maskless street artist Swatchling. Media pirate, most notably art programs. Early in development. Hates Brodi Adobi.
Perci - (Not her full name) (She/Her) a HUGE lynx-like tasque owned by Clambert. He loves her very much. She is white with light minty markings. Her collar has a diamong shaped tag. (Owned by me),
Pantaloonie, Spaghetti, Remy and The One (And Only) - (Various pronouns) Are all Blank's pet Cursorats he adopted while living on thevsyreets of Deep Dark Cyber City. They like chilling in his hair. They all have various personalities. Pantaloonie is famous for his cooking. Remy is jealous of Pantaloonie. The One And Only is a very brave and energetic Cursorat, despite missing a leg. Spaghetti is Spaghetti. (Owned by me)
... AND MORE TO COME! All main characters are set but don't ya think these are the only characterd in the AU/DR OCs of mine's.
This took a long while to write, but at least my download is done <3
I WILL edit things later and I'm sure I somehoe forgot someone, but currently I just need a break as I feel very physically sick and I need to take care of that.

Canon calling for everyone tbh -
Long list of memories incoming.
- When I came out as trans, my mom was super supportive. Sal's dad was kinda apprehensive, and it was partially my fault they didn't get married. At least, that's how I view it. Sal tried to make me feel better, but I've always felt mildly guilty for being myself.
- I know my Sal and I were in a band for a while. It was really nice. Ash sang main and me and Sal sang back up.
- We mostly played rock. Because, you know, Edgy teens.
- I have a memory of all of us going out to the lake and getting high as fuck with some shit from Todd's parents. We all ended up skinny dipping and howling at the mood. It was chaotic but such a fun fucking experience.
- Ash and I lit a bonfire joy later that night for us to warm up.
- I remember my Sal and I constantly had a “what no we aren’t gay” thing we would do, like we would kiss each other in public and then when asked if we were dating we’d go “Haha no just bro’s being bro’s”.
- There was one time where me and Sal snuck off to make out in a closet, and Neil found us. Todd was all "I told you I'd find them." and Ash gave him ten bucks.
- I got my first van and we all celebrated in the back of it because it had SPACE. Sal and I fucking crashed in it for, like, two weeks because it was freedom from the stupid apartments. Which made my transition easier.
- Ash lowkey had a cute gf?? She took Sal out for dates, though, and tbh, I didn't mind bc his happiness was hella important.
- After kicking Travis' ass one good time, and him apologising to Sal, he kinda became one of the gang. I think him and Sal had a thing when we broke up for a while tbh.

hello! i can’t remember if i already requested, ignore this if it’s a duplicate! could i request a stimboard for a noncanon red addison (deltarune)? maybe with the color red, webcore or old computers, cities, and hand stims?
thank you so much! no worries if you don’t do this. /gen :)
-@citizenoftmrrwlnd
it’s not a duplicate, but i’ve been trying to think- i assume this is kin, also what would you like for the center in that case? do you have a representative image in mind, or should i go with a ninth stim? i only ask because noncanons are, well, just that- they don’t have official art hdsghd

i’ll leave this pending for you!

A Curry Goat Recipe From Star Chef Kwame Onwuachi
Tumblr media
The chef, author, and James Beard award winner serves stewed goat with black bean hummus and toasted bread
Birria tacos have positioned themselves in the last year or so as an essential dish in cities across the United States, with innumerable spots opening in New York City, Las Vegas, the Bay Area, LA, and Miami. The boom is due in large part to a number of taqueros who started using beef instead of goat — the traditional meat called for in the red-tinted, slow-cooked stew — given Americans’ widespread aversion to eating goat meat. As one study found, 78 percent of consumers in the States are familiar with goat, but only around 23 percent have tried it.
But countless other countries around the world lay claim to a dish with goat meat at its center, from Malaysia and Indonesia, where locals eat kari kambing, a revered goat curry; to Greece, where whole roasted goat is a staple; to the Mexican state of Jalisco, where birria originated; and to Trinidad, where goat roti is a culinary star of the island.
That last one in particular serves as an inspiration to Kwame Onwuachi, who has famously served dishes throughout his career that traverse his family’s roots in Nigeria, Jamaica, and Trinidad. When restaurant critic Bill Addison reviewed Onwuachi’s menu at DC’s Kith and Kin in 2018, the chef’s goat roti was the star of the review, as a dish that highlighted the chef’s Afro-Caribbean background like no other.
Today, Onwuachi — who left the DC restaurant over the summer — is playing with curry goat in various ways, like serving it over black bean hummus with toasted pita or naan. And there are plenty of Caribbean influences threaded throughout the recipe: curry powder, Scotch bonnet peppers, and recaito, a culantro-based green seasoning with garlic and green pepper. Give Onwuachi’s recipe a try below.
Curry Goat and Black Bean Hummus
Ingredients:
For the curry goat: 1 pound goat meat 1 onion, sliced 5 garlic cloves, chopped 2 tablespoons curry powder 1 pint recaito, found in most supermarkets and Latin markets 1 Scotch bonnet pepper 4 sprigs thyme 2 quarts chicken stock Neutral oil like vegetable or grapeseed
For the hummus: One 15-ounce can chickpeas 1 tablespoon tahini One 15-ounce can black beans 2 garlic cloves, chopped Juice from 1 lemon
For serving: 1 bunch cilantro Naan, pita, or other flatbread
Step 1: Start by marinating the goat in the recaito; set aside. To a heated pot or large pan add about 11⁄2 to 2 tablespoons of oil, then add the sliced onion and chopped garlic; sauté for 5 minutes.
Step 2: Add the marinated goat and curry powder and sauté for another 2 minutes. Add chicken stock, thyme, and Scotch bonnet pepper. Simmer until meat is tender, at least 1 hour.
Step 3: Meanwhile, make the hummus. Heat chickpeas and black beans in a pot with 1 quart water until boiling. Add beans a blender or food processor with all other ingredients except for the lemon juice. Puree until smooth and then let it cool completely before adding lemon juice.
Step 4: Once ready, remove pot with goat and reduce sauce until thick. Season with salt.
Step 5: To serve, place hummus in a small bowl and divide the goat on top. Garnish with cilantro and serve with warm bread. Enjoy!

Enjoy!

MUN QUESTIONS.
Q1.   if you could write your character your way in their own movie, what would it be called, what style would it be filmed in, and what would it be about?    A1.  action movie all the way. it would feature the batman: eternal story w/ some major changes regarding steph’s involvement; mainly i would mingle in some of preboot history. occasional flashbacks to stephanie’s god awful childhood to provide background on why she’s so angry at arthur. crystal wouldn’t disappear by the end of it.
Q2.   what would their soundtrack / score sound like?  A2.   a healthy mix of soundtrack music especially composed for the movie & some post-punk, rock, hip hop to add to the atmosphere of gotham
Q3.   why did you start writing this character?  A3.    i’ve said it many times before, i was always fascinated by the idea of there ever being a girl robin in the comics that i had never heard of. when i learnt she was batgirl, by heart-eyes levels went off the roof. the more i read about steph, further i liked & identified with her. whens entered roleplaying she seemed like a nice fit for me to grasp as i continued to get more involved in comics. i didn’t plan to fall so much in love with her character, but after writing her for 4 yrs, i’ve become practically a one woman stephanie brown defense squad
Q4.   what first attracted you to this character?  A4.   two words: girl. wonder
Q5.   describe the biggest thing you dislike about your muse.  A5.   she tends to speak & act without thinking, mostly in the heat of the moment. while sometimes it is blessing, some others she has ended up severely damaging other people & her relationships with them. this has made her be a little more guarded with her feelings, evading to even say the good things.
Q6.   what do you have in common with your muse?  A6.   i also tend to put my foot in my mouth, though it takes me far more to realize i’ve done it. i try to keep an optimistic look at things too, but inside i’m cynical as they come. i can also be just as hardheaded tbh
Q7.   how does your muse feel about you?  A7.  i think she likes me--most of the time. when i’m not putting her thru needless pain & suffering just cuz it’s entertaining for me.
Q8.   what characters does your muse have interesting interactions with?  A8.   goddamn--well, there’s a lot of people i’ve interacted w/ over the years, so it’s hard to pick & choose. there’s definitely a lot of people i loved interacting w/ that now are sadly gone, & there’s nothing i can do about that. but anyways, let’s see if i can do this
there’s cass, who is as close as it gets to having a sibling for steph. they’re always Up to Something; either between them or against each other. when things get low for one, they’re always for each because they know what it’s like to be seen by others (& amongst the bats themselves) as potential trouble. they’re truly the epitome of the term hetero life partners.
then there’s tim. they have had their ups & downs, but they’re finally at a stable place where they can call each other close friends once more. joint patrols are only made awkward by the fact they are naturally awkward people. (also the earth 3 threads are 👌👌 certified gold)
on the other hand we have tim who is both a blessing & the bane of steph’s existence. everything is made 10x worse by the fact that they there’s a major lack of communication & repressed feelings between them. but hey, even if they took one step forward & two steps back, there has been some progress made.
we also have kon who is slowly but surely becoming one of steph’s favorite people. he’s alway down for some shenanigans. he’s for steph to be around, and he’s definitely made up for the time he had her flying unwillingly.
lately addison & steph have had some super interesting interactions. steph sees a lot of herself from back in her spoiler days in the young vigilante, beyond the obvious physical similarities. she wants to help her reach her potential in a more consistent manner than she had herself--now if only addy would let her know wtf is going on, that would help.
this is getting super long so i’m just gonna quickly mention sheri, tim, kuvira, kory & scott (im prolly missing a few people but this is too long already forgive me. basically, if ur tagged in this thing ilu ok 💖)
Q9.   what gives you inspiration to write your muse?  A9.  i guess seeing the people above & just people i want to interact w/ really brings out my muse. reading & re-reading comics definitely does help too; i constantly have this nagging feeling to fix where dc fucks steph up tbh
Q10. how long did this take you to complete?  A10. i dunno--like 2-3 hrs?? i drafted this & came back to it a couple of times lmao
