I have a bit of a conundrum coming up. My friend is getting married outside in late May. I'm the maid of honor and even though this is a friends and family gathering, I will be standing with the bride and groom. So, my problem: I don't like wearing dresses. I'm sucking it up and wearing a bridesmaid dress for their larger wedding in November. But I don't know what to wear if not a dress? It's outside in Texas. It's in the late evening, but it's gonna be hot as balls because Texas. I don't want to wear traditional slacks. I don't know what would look like nice that isn't a dress or skirt. If y'all have any ideas, please shoot them my way.

Yesterday was hard, but the movie last night (Stop Making Sense in IMAX) was so incredible, it really made up for most of it. I thought I read somewhere that it would be re-released in theaters for a short run later this month. If it is, I highly recommend going!! I plan on seeing it again if they do!!
