for the opinion thing, if i ever hear someone say "reid carries the team" i automatically don't trust them. but if i hear "reid and garcia carry the team" then i automatically do trust them. like something about the vibes is so different. even as a reidgirl, genuinely do not trust anyone who thinks reid was the only important member of the team.

tbh the only indispensable person is garcia. they literally would not be able to function without her breaking privacy laws left and right lmao

i dont even think reid is the best profiler? if it was just one char and garcia for each case, this is the order i think would succeed the fastest: hotch -> morgan -> gideon -> emily -> walker -> tara -> elle -> matt -> luke -> reid -> blake -> rossi -> kate -> jj

not to say he isnt useful. but he’s not the most well rounded. he’s a specialist, like blake, and he’s lacking in some areas. akdhsk maybe a bit too harsh, but he could be replaced by google pretty easily. im

this fandom is like "wow i hate how little engagement ml fans give to fan content" but also like. discourages engagement by ignoring it when it happens or worse getting pissy

idk sometimes i get asks and reblogs of my posts that i dont agree with and i dont always know how to respond (and honestly sometimes i see a response/ask, decide to answer later and forget) but i try to encourage engagement by answering anyway... maybe i get frustrated when it's clear someone hasn't read any of the posts on my blog or has misunderstood me but idk. also i have no way of knowing how old an anon asker is so i worry I've been rude to a kid without realising. kids perpetuating harmful ideas is frustrating but when i see a bad post and see the bio of OP says they're my age or older I'm gonna be harsher lol

also fans saying they've never seen certain content, whether it's negative stuff i complain about or it's just content that isnt the main ships it's so clear that they never bother looking... like this fandom is so saturated by the lovesquare with most other content being lukagami and gabenath with occasional chloe redemption or djwifi it's not that hard to find other things... lila, felix & xy have pretty decent niche fandoms. like if you're looking for a specific lovesquare thing you might have a harder time finding it through all the content then you would for something else idk. not hard to punch "lila rossi" into google images / tumblr / twitter searches. you'll find content but you'll find lots of hate too so you can stop acting like i make it up
