I am around! I am going to be inconsistent with replies. I am in a constant fluctuation between peak stress and peak tired and can’t keep it all up. I have limited energy for muses and right now it’s only one voice that’s being loud enough for me to work with. I am coming back, however I first need this stress to pass. I am really sorry for all of the delays and the silence in some cases, I feel awful about that but thank you so much for your patience <3

TSRi | New Portraits and Exciting News from Santa Maria
used the wrong chair for this pose but didnt notice until I was creating this post--sorry!
The Apostolic Palace of Santa Maria released a series of family portraits of the Royal House of DeSuerte in honor of HM Queen Lila's 10th anniversary as monarch of Santa Maria.
The first photo is a family portrait of HM Queen Lila, HRH Prince Consort Alejandro, and HRH Crown Prince Miguel, who will celebrate a birthday soon.
The second and third photos, taken in the Apostolic Gardens came with two extraordinary announcements from HM's press office,
"Her Most Anointed Majesty, Queen Lila DeSuerte, would like to ask all Santa Marians to lift her and the royal family in prayer, as the palace is glad to announce HM's pregnancy with her second child. HM will host King Johan and Queen Robyn of Alexandria for an official state visit before taking maternity leave, where HRH Prince Alejandro and the Church of Santa Maria will take over official duties."

after ten years of war … a new era has begun. less than a year ago king sacha was found with his throat slit. many suspects came under scrutiny though nothing could ever be proven. the conclusion the royal family came to was that an assassin was amongst them and killed king sacha before fleeing. though regardless of how the king died, the reign of the mad king was over.

MONARCHY TO BE RESTORED BY CONFIDENCE VOTE - NEW SOVEREIGN UNKNOWN
TAUBESTADT, 31. August, 2019 - Bells rang across Carolina today as it was announced that due to public support and the relative inadequacy of the current Assembly, it would be decided to reinstate the former ruling house of Carolina, the Most Serene House of Saxen, back into the position of Royal Family. This move comes after several weeks of public disgruntlement with the way the Lord's Assembly has been running the military and economic affairs of the Divine Republic.
For days, as public petition poured in, and the resignation of Supreme Commander Evan Wyndham was announced on Tuesday, the Lord's Assembly finally agreed to meet this morning in Taubestadt, where, to a vote of 6-3, it was announced shortly after 14.30 that the Christian Republic of Carolina would cease to exist no later than 22 September, 2019. "The delay," said Lord's Councilor Franklin Smith, "is necessary to facilitate the peaceful transfer of power and authority to the right proponents of the new government." While necessary indeed, the question must be asked - who will our new sovereign be?
The former King, Nicholas, is not expected to retake the throne, as public support for His Highness was measured by public poll last winter at only 17%. His brother, Alexander, the Prince of Taube, is a possible contender at this time. Other factions on the monarchist front include support of the Duchess of Dandridge, HSH Savannah, the Lord of Payneshire, Jasper Atticus.
While it is unknown at this moment who will become our new Sovereign, many Carolinians, fed up with the inadequacy of the Christian Republic, have breathed a sigh of relief. In this reporter's opinion, optimism and hope now fills the rapidly changing air. As the troubled and scarred Summer of Discontent closes, one can almost feel the future becoming brighter and hopefully, better . God Save Carolina.

i was in royalrpg for eighteen months. it’s not like i was a new member who did know the players, the mods and the celebs on a personal level; so everything that i’m saying is being said because people deserve to know how toxic this environment is.
people NEED to see how rampant excuses are made for domestic violence and sexual assault perpetrators, especially in the RP community.
since i’ve left the group, myself and another ex-member have been victim blamed for being triggered by the celeb in question and their actions, both by the mods of the group, the player, AND several other royal rpg players.
The players in question have started to follow our blogs for other groups - meaning that there is no safe space for us.
anyway, i’m sure i know who this is & thank you for showing more of your true colours.

Guys...
I am officially closing down the Royal Academy. I am sorry, but no one is around much anymore and I am unable to take care of the place any longer. I don't know when Zelo is coming back or if he ever will at all, nor do I know what will happen if or when he does, but I'm done. If anyone would like to keep this place running, you can message me on here, I might check back once in a while and I will give you the e-mail and password. Otherwise, I guess this is goodbye.
Thank you to all who participated in the making of Royal and taking care of it, and to all of our former and current students. I will miss you guys--
