On the bright side, I think Ianthe would've become an even bigger bastard if she had absorbed Corona instead.

Yes, Babs was an ass but he was dutiful, focused, unafraid to perform, confident, and he cared quite a lot about them even if his preference was clearly towards Corona, not to mention his abilities of swordsmanship and sewing, imagine all the other things he picked up in his training as cavalier, in his quest to be the best of the best.

I think the very worst thing is that now she'll become double obsessed with Coronabeth. We now have her two biggest fans wrapped in one...

Anyway, justice to Babs, he was the product of his house's ambition and probably tasted really yummy, and now is trapped forever inside Ianthe aka his personal hell.
