Applications Now Open

It's been a long time coming... Alright folks, it's the time that I know I've been waiting for: Applications are now open (click!) As a reminder, membership applications will take place via GoogleForm and consists of some player/writing related questions, as well as some initial character creation thoughts/ideas. For our first round acceptances, applications will be open until March 30th. At that point, staff will review applications and send acceptances on March 31st. The site link will be available starting April 1st, and accepted members will have one week (seven days) to post their shipper/completed profile application on site before the role is opened again. The next round of acceptances will immediately open on April 1st, with applications closing on April 25th and new members being accepted on May 1st. If you have any questions, drop a note in our discord or shoot an ask here!

CATCHING MY BREATH, STARING OUT AN OPEN WINDOW

Abby Park is based on Abby from Turning Red. She is a 24 year old human, Neverland employee, and uses she/her pronouns. She has no powers. Abby is portrayed by Kwon Young Eun and she is open.

CATCHING MY DEATH, AND I COULDN’T BE SURE

Passionate, that was a word that often came to mind when people spoke about Abby. A gentle, nicer way of phrasing her most dominant personality trait. As a child it was brushed off as development, when she furiously yelled at boys who were mean to her friends, or took things way too far in gym class. Yes, no one would dare say a bad thing to Abby and her friends, so long as she was around to hear it and for the longest time she was okay with that. Okay with the unrelenting loyalty and need to protect that spilled from her chest. Fine with the reputation she'd gained as a guard amongst her best friends, shielding them from the cruel whispers of middle schoolers. Yes, Abby was just about okay with being labeled passionate by her peers and teachers, it didn't bother her as long as she had her best friends. But as she started to get older Abby began to realize that her loud, bubbly and brash personality might be her biggest flaw. Abby didn't care much about what people thought of her, she had never been a self conscious person, but then something changed. A light switch in their friend group, like overnight they stopped being kids, being fun and wild, and succumbed to the inevitable; growing up. As the girls started to drift Abby found it more and more difficult to strike up conversations with new people. Like her infectious laugh was an infectious disease that sent them running, like her loyalty was a target on their backs they didn't want. Like all those wonderful pieces that made her unique were jagged and didn't fit in everyone else, and she hated it. Hated that feeling of rejection, of not being good enough, of being too much of one thing but not enough of the other. It took sometime for Abby to stitch herself back together, with help from Miriam, Meilin and Priya, the three people in this world who never judged her, who always loved her. Who didn't see her passion as a burden but only strength, as she fought for them whether they needed her to or not. And Abby had decided that she wouldn't let anyone make her feel any less than what she deserved, that her passion was her power and she would wield it against anyone who dared to think otherwise.

Some believe that it’s nothing more than a fictional legend, while others are convinced there are descendants of the thirteenth family still alive today. August 1st 2023;

A North Korean ship was spotted dead in the water outside the New York City harbor. The first two teams sent out to investigate disappeared without word, and eventually the Coast Guard towed the ship to shore. The moment that she landed, the outbreak started – hoards of the undead flooding from the rusted depths of the dead ship and spilling over onto the docks. Within a week the entire city had been overrun, forcing survivors into hiding inside and on top of buildings. Now, two weeks since the infection started, the power has finally gone out for the last time, fresh water is no longer being pumped through the pipes beneath the city, and the only movement in the streets are from the thousands of zombies that mill around waiting for something fresh and living to devour.

Trapped inside the historical twelve story apartment affectionately named “The Wexley”, known for it’s mishmash of architectural styles that somehow make it charmingly ugly, it’s residents are doing what they can to survive until help comes. Or until they’re forced to leave their fortress of glass and stone. All they know is that sooner or later it’s going to be time to say Goodbye to New York City

Please note things are still being worked on and may be subject to change by opening. For graphics on site, you will need the following:

Giovanna Giulia Lombardi was born into a world of shadows and secrets as the daughter of Enzo Lombardi, once the right-hand man to Angelo, the notorious mob figure. It was assumed she too would follow the lifestyle and one day join the mob, but much like her father Gigi never enjoyed being told what to do so she did exactly the opposite and strayed far from the criminal path. From her earliest memories, she carried an all-consuming love for the culinary arts being at the heart of a large Italian family. So it was easy when she channeled her innate talent into mastering the culinary craft, just as her father had mastered the world of crime. 

Gigi found herself as the sous chef at the prestigious Golden Age restaurant. Yet, even beneath the heavy cloak of her family's criminal legacy, Gigi remained steadfast in her commitment to distance herself from their influence although at times it’s difficult. In every way she believed she wasn’t like her father, she truly was a replica. Gigi had a burning temper, a hot attitude, and a fiery spirit that can not be contained.

Despite her headstrong and stubborn nature, Gigi possesses a heart that, deep down, was soft and malleable when it came to her family and those she held close. She might have rebelled against the expectations pushed upon her, but the bonds of blood and the ties of love were something she could never deny, although she constantly defied it.
