I can imagine in S3, that poor stressed out Crowley is just in The Bookshop everyday organizing EVERYTHING.

Then at the end of the Season, Aziraphale returns to a tidy uncluttered Bookshop, and he'd hate it

Aziraphale: WHAT DID YOU DO!?

Crowley: I cleaned up and reorganized everything

Crowley: I don't know why you're so upset? Your system made no sense! It was stupid!
