I am working on a 50s Diner/Greaser AU one shot fanfic with Medic / Scout / Engineer. (I don't know if they have a official shipping name but I shall call it Defibrillator, I won't explain why) I drew these a while ago for Appeypie's DTIYS and based the visual inspiration on it. Greaser Medic has my heart. There's gonna be NSFW so be warned. Here is an excerpt from what I wrote. I will post the full fanfic on Ao3 when it's finished. The title will be: Milkshakes n' Motorbikes (Alternate title: Fries n' Fucks) Blurb: Usually all Henry cares about is his hair, his grooves and pretty ladies, but when he falls head over heels for a handsome waiter at his regular diner, his world turns upside down. It doesn’t take long before he tries to hook-up with him. If only his roommate wasn’t such a fucking moodkill. Guess, he has to make up for it somehow.

All in all, working as a carhop at a drive-thru diner definitely had it’s perks. On a Saturday like this, Jamie made good money simply by having a pretty face. It was fun, gliding around on his roller skates with a tray in each hand, and being able to show off. Sometimes people handed him five dollar bills to do a spin or a flip. Many girls left him large tips to flirt with him, while men usually whistled at his rather skimpy uniform and honked their horns as they passed him. He knew it was meant as a joke most of the time, but admittedly he liked the attention.

There was one particular guy, a regular, who stopped by almost daily. Jamie knew his order by heart. Large fries, an American burger and a chocolate shake with a cherry on top. His name was Henry and he was your typical leatherjacket wearing, cigarette smoking greaser. A total bad boy. Normally, Jamie tried to stay away from guys like that but he seemed genuinely interested. Whenever he came to his window, he slipped a note into his pocket. Little messages scribbled on napkins, asking for his phone number and if he wanted to go on a date. It was cute and romantic and undeniably gave him butterflies. That’s why he had agreed to meet up with him several times over the past few weeks or so. Of course, it didn’t take long before they started going out. During his break they made-out behind the dumpsters, before Jamie had to get back to work. It always left him hungry for more. Just thinking about how he would shove his hands under his apron and pull his pants down, made him blush. Today, Henry would pick him up with his car - a baby blue Volkswagen with red padding and a convertible sunroof. He seriously couldn’t wait for his shift to end. Henry had invited him over to his house to watch a movie. They would cuddle up under a big blanket and kiss and afterwards, who knows. Perhaps it was time for the next step.

Fifteen minutes later, he heard a roaring engine on the parking lot in front of the diner. That was his sign to come out. He grabbed his things and pulled up to the car window with a cheeky smile.

“Welcome to Fried Batter. Can I take your order?”, he said in his best waiter-voice.

Henry played along. “I would like your hottest chick, please.”, he winked.

“Coming right up.”

With a click the door opened and Jamie climbed onto his seat, giggling. As soon as he was buckled in, Henry revved the engine once more and cut the corner with spinning tires. On the way home he rolled down the windows and blasted loud rock music through the radio. They sang along and laughed and when they finally backed into the small open space of a workshop Jamie could barely contain his excitement. Henry stopped to look at him and put a hand on his inner thigh, brushing against his soft, exposed skin with the tips of his fingers.

“Here we are.”

concepts of the respirator designs nd mist-mutated spy (and scout in the top corner)

rather than having his body shape altered by the mist he's got funky camouflage abilities and biological stealth weaponry (like the claws)... and more!

the respirators effect the wearers brain, making them unable to tell that anything is wrong with them, but the spy can tell that he can disguise and cloak without using his usual technology... and see in the dark, and breathe underwater... but he thinks he looks the same in the mirror and the other mercs haven't pointed out anything out of the ordinary so... c'est la vie

Meet Alice!

This is Alice! (Short for Adelaide). This Is her Carnival design! (Carnival au belongs to @sm-baby !). She's a purple spool of thread, and she's a ditzy type character!

I based her outfit offa' 50's things in general (TO kinda keep with the barber shop quartet thingy with players). I imagine she was close friends with Caine and Abel before they got trapped in the the carnival . She would always get them up to trouble, being a bit of a rascal! Always pushing them out of their comfort zone and all. I live to imagine she'll casually "Flirt" with them (nothing like, explicit or vulgar. Kinda like "oh you got all dolled up for ME! What a show!") But she wouldn't make any actual romantic advances. She just knows they're a buncha bible slinging goody-two-shoes and likes to tease and fluster them a lot.

Since I realized Caine and Abel were kinda like mugman and cuphead I decided to make her A LOT like Miss chalice. She's got a bit of a "Ditzy" voice goin on, she's a lot more witty and brazen, and she's always getting the two brothers in trouble. But she cares about them quite a lot!

She primarily wears puprle, and she carries around a large sewing needle which she uses as a weapon. (Courtesy of Caine, for self defense of course!). She's not a coder by any means, so she has no "power" like the boys. But they coded in some extra stuff for her (Like a respawn screen, a few extra buff here and there.) But she's crafty and quick on her feet, always being able to weasel her way out of a tough spot! I'd like to say she's on Miss Pauling's (from TF2) level of dexterity, so she can hold her own pretty decently.

Just some extra stuff about her: Relationships: Caine: Oh VERY close! She likes how goofy he is, always bringing a smile to her face! Though she also loves teasing him. Abel: Also incredibly close! She's always trying to drag him along with her to who knows where, but he always has to be a "goody-two-shoes" and reject her. Whatever. Pomni: They get along just fine! At first Pomni didn't like her very much, a she she thought she had a thing for Caine. But no! Pomni usually turns to her whenever she needs to know something about Caine. Ragatha: Not much to say. She thinks ragatha is too uptight and needs to learn to live a little. Ragatha thinks she's a wild street dweller. They don't care for each other much Zooble: Fine. Able gets along with her, so she makes an effort to get to know her purely for Ables sake. They don't really chat 1 on 1, only when they're both around able. Gangle: She can respect her enjoyment of plays, but they have some creative differences. Alice prefers stand up comedy and improv, so following a script ain't really her thing... Jax: They don't interact very much. She actually sort of likes his wildness, but only to an extent. She avoids him at all costs though. (She's not willing to be crushed AGAIN). She sets up counter pranks and traps to keep him away, and so far its worked. Kinger: She knows the least about him, having never even been in the same room as him. Though from what Pomni's told her, he's a ruthless tyrant. She dislikes him off the bat, having a general disdain for authority. Some backstory tid bits: She met Caine and Abal as they all grew up in the same church community. Where as Caine and Able became "good stand up Christians" she got more and more wild as the years went on. Adam and Eve always though she was a bit of a "bad influence" on the boys but they hung out nonetheless. She was always getting into trouble and hanging around some of the street kids (with Able and Caine stuck to her hips). She was always a bit scrappy and crafty, having more street smarts than books marts. She's mellowed out a bit but she's still fun as ever!

Oh I'm TOTALLY gonna do more w/ her! Than you SOOOOOO MUCH @sm-baby for making such an AMAZING AU! KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK GIRL! :DDDD

Hell yeah thank you so much! I didn't go much into why, but yes — most of Blueclan's (BLU team) cats are skinner (with a few exceptions I'll mention.) Initially it was more reasoning in my head, but I'll try explain my thoughts

It's a silly AU and everything is silly. There is a distinct lack of clan heritage and culture we see in the books. It is purely two clans comprised of rogues because Redstar and Bluestar (Redmond and Blutarch) are assholes with no friends or family with a massive territory left to them to split 50/50. As per canon, they're stupid about it and both gather up a clan of rogues to steal the land off each other.

As it stands, Redclan (RED Team) occupy most of the land, whereas Blueclan live on the outskirts. This is to play on the Attack/Defense roles the teams play in the game. Redclan are more aggressive in strategy as a general rule. They defend their borders mercilessly, while Blueclan constantly attempt to attack their camps and take patches of land back... and ultimately wish to take all the territory for themselves too. So it's not really like the Sunningrocks with Riverclan and Thunderclan with heritage vs survival. Neither Blueclan or Redclan are entitled to shit. They're both assholes. Neither clan is right and they're just trying to kill each other.

But basically because of this massive difference in territory size, Blueclan live up in the colder areas. There's less prey, they are mostly thinner than their Redclan counterparts, and have thicker pelts. Also irrelevant but they tend to sleep closer together, whereas Redclan's members just keep apart.

Now for exceptions to this rule! Raccoontrot (BLU Soldier) and Mistmask (BLU Spy) are roughly the same size as their Redclan counterparts (although Mistmask is just naturally smaller/weighs less than Smokeface (RED Spy).) Reasons? Raccoontrot is friends with Sparkloch (RED Demoman), the two visiting each other in secret frequently. Sparkloch brings prey for Raccoontrot each time they visit, and it's honestly suspicious to Blueclan why Raccoontrot seems fine with the lack of food around. Mistmask is also fine because he hunts and steals prey CONSTANTLY from Redclan territory. He's hard to stop because he can mask his scent, and is exceptionally sneaky: if you don't catch him in the act, you'd never know he was there. The scratch on Dingospot's (RED Sniper) face was from the one time he caught Mistmask stealing and the two squared up. That's the only track record they have to know what he's up to.

So in conclusion, I do be out here overthinking this silly AU and I hope everyone enjoyed B))

TF2 Frostpunk AU/Coldfront AU, this is basicslly just a rough fic outline LMAO

The Mercs were transferred to Coldfront and midway through, the 18 (red and blu) ended up stranded in a coldstorm without warning. The communication ceased between Red, Blu and their employers. Red and Blu send out their most reasonable on each team to negotiate a treaty. This led to Red Engineer and Blu Sniper talking.

They decided on a temporary treaty in RED base due to the better insulation. The soldiers were hesitant at first but eventually agreed due to the rest of the teams arguing that theres strength in numbers, and the coldstorm was going to get far far worse (according to the two engies' calculations)

During this, Pauling was on her way to Visit BLU base but got stranded in the storm. No one is aware of this yet.

Red and Blu are separate and full people in this, albeit very similar in personality.

The au revolves around the two teams navigsting the best way to fight the cold. At first. It was just blankets and huddling for warmth, drinking hot soup. Stuff like that. Eventually, electricity goes out and the engies are able to make a coal powdered generator, however it meant they'd need a steady supply of coal.

The soldiers and demos decide they'd start collecting coal during the day while the engies work on trying to create automatons to make the coal mining automated.

The pyros tend to the main fire. Making sure theres a steady supply of warmth somewhere in the base. They scrap having seperate bedrooms, 18 people all sleeping in the living room for warmth as it gets as cold as -30 c

The snipers focus on hunting food, the spies helping with their invisibility, making direct kills far easier. With 4 people cooking and hunting, food isnt too much of a problem.

The scouts leave pretty early on to try and find pauling once they get her alert. The two teams find out thet work for the same woman and decide to put that on the backburner as survival is their number one goal.

The heavies focus on gathering supplies from wherever they can find, if it is crashed trains or abandoned houses, so be it. They occasionally find survivors and point them to the nearest town, the mercs cant handle more people at this point.

The medics spend their time gathering as much medicine as humanly possible and tending to their sick.

A few weeks after the whole situation happens, Pauling is found huddling in a cave, suffering from mild frostbite but staying alive miraculously due to her top tier mann co technology she had on her.

Her leg is amputated however, and the mediguns are both out of juice. They are in -40°c at this point and its only getting colder.

In the coal mines, blu demo gets gravely sick and blu sniper decides to help him 24/7, one less person hunting food. Food is getting harder and harder to come by due to how little animals are around.

A month or two later, things are going decent until they begin to starve. They consider eating each other, specifically a heavy or the sick blu demo, but fight against their instinct and hold onto their morals.

In a moment of rage, red engie cuts off his arm and replaces it with a metal arm due to his normal arm not "being strong enough" as he continues to build automatons, trying to make one that works. Pyro comforts him while Blu engie works on the new arm (installing a prosthetic with one arm isnt easy)

Electricity is shut down so the coal can go to the heat generator that the engies built.

The frost falls to -50°c and the first death occurs. The blu scout. The boy was outside scavenging when all of a sudden, the wind got stronger and he died not far from the base. Red and Blu argue, saying that Red doesnt care they lost a member. Red says they do, but theyre so busy they dont have time to have a full burial. Some even bring up eating the corpse.

Blu argue they can just bury him outside with nothing more but Medic wants to harvest his organs.

Red Spy reveals he's scout's father- and he'd like to have a real burial. Red Scout realizes that spy is also his father- and he breaks.

Their morality does not yet falter.

-60°c

Red Scout and Spy argue one day when the argument turns violent, leading to Red Spy being pushed out and window. Spy loses his arm from frostbite and they avoid each other, fearing the fallout.

-100°c

For some reason the cold got nearly unbearable, and as the group huddles for 7 days without enough food, water or heat, a few pass in this storm.

Blu Pyro, Red Spy, Blu Demo and Red Soldier all die from how cold it has become. Blu Demo and Red Spy were already sick. Blu Pyro died of starvation, giving up their rations for everyone else. Red Soldier volunteered to leave, to try and find food. Everyone else begged him not to go, but he marched into the frozen hell without a second thought. He never returned.

The group buries all the passed without even a thought of eating the corpses passing their mind. The amount of death has kept their morality alive.

Pauling gets a radio transmission from the Administrator, news from the outside world. The entire world is frozen over due to a volcanic winter, explaining why coldfront was nearly hell. The Administrator explains that she could not get any connection into Coldfront, the world isnt nearly as bad as coldfront and the world outside are building massive heat generators similar to what the engies are doing. They need to survive for just 10 more days in the extreme cold- the Administrator has sent a rescue group.

Red engie cuts off his leg, as he wanted to be able to work for longer hours without his leg hurting. He dies of an infection as he hides this from Medic.

Red Scout struggles with immense Guilt

Red Sniper, Blu Engineer, Red Scout, Blu Soldier, and Red Pyro deal with the mourning the most due to their closeness to the passed. Blu Spy mourns the death of his brother, Red Spy.

Red Pyro becomes hopeless and leaves in the midst of the night to try and find food.

They do not come back.

7 days pass, and they are rescued after nearly 8 months of extreme cold.

Deaths:

Red: Spy, Soldier, Pyro, Engineer

Blu: Demo, Pyro, Scout

7/19 are dead.

The Majority Survived.

Hello! Remember how I said I'd make more TF2 AUs than the Monster AU? well here's my

TF2 Kids AU

General Info: The whole thing takes place in one neighborhood where everyone lives. Most of the kids that aren't American (or come from a specific place in America) typically moved from there to the neighborhood. I wanted scout and spy to still be related in some way so they're half brothers. how scout doesn't know of this and spy does is because spy only lives with his dad (likely his mother died tragically) and his dad and scouts ma had a thing for a bit, long enough to have scout, then they divorced and while scouts ma has moved on spy's dad just hasn't shut up about it to spy since. its like the comics in that Miss Pauling is collecting each of the mercs but in this case its for the first time

Miss Pauling: so first of all Miss Pauling is the main character for the most part (like in the actual comics) the reason she goes by Miss Pauling is that there were multiple other girls with her name, so her teachers just called her Miss Pauling and it stuck she's Helen's kid. (I was thinking of making admin a kid too, but she works better as a sort of 50 year old mom with a powerful job) the whole mission of Pauling collecting the kids is framed as some grand shady mission given by Helen but in reality it was just her weird convoluted plot to get miss p more friends At the beginning really her only friend is scout

Scout: he's, of course, the youngest of seven other brothers. they dont hate him but they aren't exactly his friend he's friends with Miss Pauling cause he saw her one day (either he or she just moved into town) and he thought she was soo pretty and just started talking to her, only to realize he also liked her as a friend when they first met he just couldn't pronounce her name. 'Pauline? Pooling? Puh-lin?' and eventually she just sighed really heavy and just went 'just call me miss p' and he was just like 'ok!' honestly just shit at pronouncing ANYONES name he doesn't really have any friends other than Miss Pauling He's the type of kid to go up to any adult he considers cool and go 'hey look how fast I can run' and then dash away from them as quickly as possible

Spy: spy is living with his dad who honestly kinda sucks but in like a funny way. like he'd suck to actually be around but funny to read about spy's first name is Francis and he absolutely HATES it because of Francis The Talking France and, because he's French, thats literally the first thing almost anyone says when they hear his name, so he'd very much rather people call him spy. he got the nickname spy cause he's like a creepy kid that watches people in the bushes and other places. he also pickpockets and lies but he mainly does those to adults. he's also got a knife collection that he will infodump/mansplain to anyone he can find about. he's this kid who you expect to be super mega rich and then you get to his house and its like oh. dude the lights dont even turn on. theres like two things in the fridge. its like the most ramshackled house. how the hell does he look like a butler (the answer: Thievery) His meeting starts with the team wondering like oh god where could he be he could be anywhere and then engie's like 'have. have y'all considered just going to his house and knocking on the door' and they're all like '..................................no' so they go to do that and spy stops them just before they can knock and he has somehow got in front of them and he's like 'ohohoho. you dont have to do that.' partly for him to be all mysterious and intimidating and partly because he doesn't want em to see his cringe house, so after they converse for awhile he joins.

Soldier: He was like. raised by five military men/veterans which is why he's Like That at the age of like 10 (he also got that nickname for Obvious Reasons) he probably visits Merasmus (who is still totally a wizard in this) a lot and Merasmus has less of a 'shittiest roommate ever' opinion of him and more of a 'older/adult sibling annoyed by loud child who refuses to leave' opinion of him i feel like the team meets him at Merasmus's place (where demo is also there, cleaning his castle) and miss p is like 'heyyy soldier. i need you for. um. a mission.' and he's like 'A MISSION? I WILL JOIN YOU!' and she asks demo whos like 'hold on hold on ive got to finish cleaning this wizards castle' and the teams like 'well maybe we could help' and Merasmus is like hm ok that would be nice and soldiers like 'I WILL HELP :]' and merasmus is like 'nO YOU WILL NOT HELP' and sollys like 'I WILL NOT HELP :]' cause hes like 11 so the team (minus soldier, who is standing outside patiently) help demo clean the whole castle and set off to find the next merc

Demoman: so demo is like this like 10-12 year old kid with like. three to four jobs cause his mum said he needed em (one job is cleaning merasmus's castle and generally helping with housework) he got the nickname from him trying to explain that both his mom and dad were demomen and like the next time that kid/group of kids saw him they were like 'hey its that demo guy!' so the nickname is usually reserved for like people who dont know him well or people who dont know how to/refuse to pronounce 'tavish' i already told you how they meet him so heres a bit more about him he skips classes somewhat often and his teacher assume hes just being lazy or delinquent but its actually because he has like. four jobs he lost his eye from merasmus's book but he begged merasmus to let him keep working for them saying that he'd start actually following the rules and that he really needed the job and merasmus was eventually like ok FINE.

Engineer: so Engie is like the whole gifted kid thing, but hes also very kind (and has talked several bullies down successfully) the reason hes called engineer is because he's won several school awards for his little (genuinely functional) contraptions and the majority of them were engineering competitions Miss Pauling meets him in his yard working on god knows what, with his dad (Fred, the team fortress classic engineer) reading a news paper on the porch she basically just asks him if he'll come with her for this mission that her mom set her up on and he's just like "yeah sure hold on let me ask my dad- HEY DAD. CAN I HANGOUT WITH THIS RANDOM GIRL WHO SAID HER MOM NEEDS ME FOR A MISSION?" and his dad just takes one look at her then goes back to his newspaper and yells back 'YEAH SURE SON'

Heavy: heavy is gotten just/a bit before medic cause he's medics closest/only friend and the other kids are afraid of the 'doctor' he got the nickname heavy cause well. kids are cruel sometimes he lives with his mother and three sisters, he's quite a bit more reluctant to join as both a. half the team is annoying and b. he has no goddamn idea who these kids are nor what their intentions are. engie is probably the one to convince him both by using his relationship with medic as leverage and because he's like the only one there that is actually good at talking to people. once he's with them for a bit he's like 'hey this isn't as bad as i thought it'd be' although he does still think soldier and scout are annoying as hell. once they get medic he's like 'hey this might actually be a good fun friend group'

Sniper: He and Miss Pauling were set up in like one of those partner project things cause nobody wanted to be with either of them so they just got stuck together sniper came up with that name himself. he was like "call me... sniper" and then everyone's like 'whatever you say mick' their interaction goes like. as awkwardly as possible. neither of them have any social skills she's just like 'hey um. hey sniper? can you not throw rocks at us i wanna talk' and he's silent for a second and soldier butts in like 'IF YOU THROW ROCKS AT ME I WILL BE PREPARED! I HAVE A HELMET.' only to be knocked over by a stone to the noggin and snipers like in his tree house like 'sorry sorry but he totally was asking for it ' and miss p's like 'no no he really was but um. can you come here my mom said she needed me to get you for a mission' and etc etc sniper joined the party

Medic: He's just as medically experimental and morally bankrupt as he is in adulthood but he doesn't really have any human subjects. he's got like several stitched together hybrid animals that are somehow still alive and now his pets. I can't decide if his parents being too afraid to stop him or them being just as morally bankrupt and extremely supportive would be funnier he got the nickname. well from being generally a mad doctor (Misha specifically calls him doktor as apposed to medic) but there was a specific instance where he stole the majority of the schools medical supplies for his experiments all of the kids, minus like. Misha, dell and soldier were fucking terrified of him before meeting him. he's still scary, but now they know he can be just as chatty as scout at times i think it'd be funny if like they met his scared parents and they were like 'you... you want to see him?' and they're like 'um. yeah' so they go like allllll the way (i'm imagining the house is super tall with like a mad scientist area (medics room) at/near the top) to his room and then the door like creeks and he's all shadowed then he swivels around in his chair and he's just all like 'oh hallo!! :] it is SO next to have guests :3 it gets lonely sometimes :/ who are you btw' and they're all like '. this Cannot be the right guy' and then it is

Pyro: They're this kid living in this house that was abandoned after at least half of it burnt down, presumably killing the family living in it. its in this secluded area of town that no one really goes to, so no one can really see that the windows are boarded up from the inside and there's lights inside the building. pyro got the nickname from. well they're a kid living in a burnt building people are gonna assume they burnt the building i have this whole idea of like miss p walking with the rest of the team like 'Helen said that we should be careful with this one' and they get spy to sneak around the house seeing all these strange things like colorful scribbles on almost every wall, straight up weapons lying around, an entire pile of empty jerry cans in the garage, the fridge half full of rotten food with the sink filled to the brim with dirty dishes, scratches and burns on many walls, the entire place generally being in disrepair. i like to think the first time they encounter pyro, only seeing them from behind one of ems just like 'oh huh the place they live in is weird but who'd be afraid of that' cause like they've got like that unicorn onsie on or somethin similar and then they turn around (still not noticing the team) and they've got that full on gasmask that was clearly made for an adult and they're just like "Oh. Okay" they're all like stumped on how to get them to join until someone (probably engie or admin if they call her for help) is like 'all the food was rotten right? maybe get them something to eat? cause like theres no way they're eating well unless they've got like a hidden fridge somewhere' and so they get like a homemade lunch in like. a ballonicorn lunchbox for them and they tear up from the generosity but Shenanigans happen that makes the other mercs chase em eventually it leads the mercs to the attic and the mercs fall for the classic bucket above the door trick but alas! the bucket is full of gasoline and pyro's got a flamethrower! so engie and a couple others like Miss Pauling and Demo have to talk em down and get em to join the friend group and it works out in the end cause im not writing a group of children getting set on fire

Fuck, ok, people wanna hear my portal2/tf2 AU with Sniper

So remember my fanfic poll? Yeah this is Terminal Velocity. Basically

Somewhere in Aperature, a portal thing goes haywire and starts dragging in different things from different universes and whatnot (see: Harry101UK "Meet the Cores 3"). One of those things, is Sniper

He gets sucked in, and is put into basically what Chell was in before being put into a detention chamber. He loses all memory of who he was, what he was doing, everything (a minor case of serious brain damage)

With the amnesia, he goes around as the test subject in Aperature, doing tests and whatnot (alongside an OC of mine who is important to the story)

At this point in time tho, Sniper has been in stasis for like. 50 years. But frozen in time. So, yeah, brain damage (memory) but also, the multiverse-portal-thingamabob is fixed.

So he and the OC (her name is Grey/Hue) like to explore different worlds (aside from the outside, cause they've been testing for about 7-ish years together)

This next world, is TF2, and the exact one Sniper was pulled from.

They explore a map at night, when everyone is gone, so RED (Sniper was on RED) send out Spy and Scout to investigate the intruders.

Lo and behold, they find Sniper, who, has amnesia, is with a kid he's adopted as his daughter-of-sorts, and goes by the names of Troy and Sharp Shooter

You can imagine the confusion

Sniper and Hue manage to get away from Spy and Scout (they pulled guns on them) but they don't close the portal

Over time, Sniper and Hue get to know RED, and Sniper realizes he used to be part of this world, even though this man, Troy, believes he wouldn't harm a fly (and he wont). He's devastated to find out he was an assassin, a killer

He wants to try and find a way to regain his memories, to try and find his parents (they died early in this, so hes sad he won't get to meet them), but most importantly:

He wants to try and rekindle his love for Spy, and his friendship with Scout

He wants to try and go back to that family

But, he's been in Aperature for like 8 years, so that's the only home and family he's known. Worse yet, that's the only home and family Hue knows. She's been there for 10 years, and is turning 23 soon (Don't worry, GLaDOS schooled her, and treats her as her daughter)

So, Snipers stuck with a choice

Does he return to his world and hope that maybe, just maybe, he can regain his old memories (it's to far gone for anyone to do anything about it (this is so Medic doesn't fix it))?

Does he stay with the world he's grown to love?

technically i view these more as Team Neighborhood “insert hcs,” since I love that gmod series and the three mercs below interact with the other (official) 9, but these can be seen as simply a domestic au of TF2 ooooor whatever:

The Chemist

• Sleeps in a broken down “rest-room,” since no one wants to die in their sleep with a radioactive lizard. Assume that there’s two bathrooms in the house the TF2 mercs, RED and BLU separately, live in.

• Ruins “team (‘family’) dinners” because they eat the worst combinations from the kitchen. Spy feels very disgusted and questions the Chemist’s food choices.

• Sets the kitchen on fire when they operate a single appliance, causing the smoke alarm to ring every morning for the other mercs to wake up to. Look, the Chemist is sweet to cook breakfast for the team, but they need to look over the kitchen safety manual again.

• Ensures their tail doesn’t knock any objects off from their places (failed).

• Master at snowball fights, and is a major dick at it: they put “special ingredients” in their snowballs, such as a vial containing cockroaches.

• (Chemist breathes) A merc: “Shut the fuck up”

The Pilot

• He and Soldier must be 50 feet apart from each other, even though the two mercs live in the same house. Long story short, they have a bitter rivalry with each other because one participated in WWII, and the other did not.

• “Veteran’s Discount” tool: of all the mercs, the Scout relies on the Pilot for unnecessities the most.

• Shares a room with Engineer.

• Hates being dragged around to do chores (“Why can’t you refill the refrigerator yourself?”).

• But don’t call him a maid.

• Usually hangs out at the house garage.

• Complains about having “bad luck.”

The Beastmaster

• Host of movie nights

• Mostly outside the house, since he has an additional job of performing shows to earn money to pay the RED/BLU house’s rent.

• Literally a Disney princess

• Animals are always summoned inside the RED/BLU house. Reasons: 1) They sneak in after public performance training with the Beastmaster, and 2) Said merc is lonely as hell.

• Sleeps in a hut out in the backyard, because Xoco can’t really fit in most rooms inside the RED/BLU house. So the creature gets a house of its own next to its owner’s hut.

• Strong (platonic) relationship with the Pyro, so the two share a room. Both like to entertain each other.

• Always wanders off from the mercs during their trips outside the house, and is super curious

• how are they still able to get away with their heists—

• Their love for detective fiction foreshadows their real backstory.

What was the first muse that you’ve written?

Oh. I couldn’t tell you honestly. I’m pretty sure it was a TF2 Oc I had back when that fandom was extremely active like 10 years ago. I couldn’t tell you much as it was basic information and just back when structure wasn’t really a thing and no one cared if you posted like 50 times within 20 minutes and also you had a backup side rp account for when you like reached post limit. Wild times. I probably had ocs from before Tumblr time. I just do not remember them.

What is the muse that you write for the longest?

This varies really as most of the muses I’ve had I only ever wrote max was for like 3-4 years. The oldest ones would have been a vampire OC named Anthony that was based in Marvel as he was one of the first muses I had in the MCU RPC. He lasted a good 3 years before I benched him as he was complicated and confusing.

Then there was Geno Sans from the Undertale AU. I wrote him for a good 3 years as I like brought him back when deltarune became a thing for a while. I had a Gaster!Sans that was Outertale based and ended up continuing him as a like OC for a while but it didn’t last for long.

The longest muse I have had was a character called Death from a now retired webcomic from A Matter of Life and Death. I adored him and not gonna lie for the last year or so of writing him it was low activity mainly cause no one tends to be interested in writing with muses from webcomics they don’t know. I did take every headcanon I had compiled for him and placed in an OC Death God I wanted to work on but never did. But yeah, Death was around for a good 4 years and I have all the overlays that show it!

tf2 x cotl au thingy

so I came up with thiz idea that instead of the lamb you would play as "the 10th class" simply referred to as Ten not sure yet how I think they would look

but same premises as cotl u make a deal with the one who waits <- not sure yet who or what would take hiz place? and u create a cult but the followerz would be the variouz mercz with red blu and freak variantz i do think they'd be animalz n not humanz

Miss Pauling and Bidwell would also be followerz you could get but you'd have to do a quest to get them I think + defeating the boss of their area

speaking of I have the bishops of the old faith swapped to be Administrator in Leshys spot and Saxton in Hekets spot no one yet for the third bishop and then Gray Mann in Shamuras spot

I have the idea that each zone is changed to be themed more around each character like Gray Mann's area would have robotic enemiez and there would be crystal Australium in the wallz n stuff

Oh!! and taking Rataus place would be the unused commander character I also think you'd be able to encounter Olivia Mann as like an NPC character who could have a 50-50 chance to either help u or screw u over

I also came up with some unique demons and tarot cardz that you could use like a tarot card called Overheal which allowz u to pick up additional red heartz even at full health and like if you converted a scout to a demon you'd get a speed boost or a pyro that would shoot fireballz on a cooldown ect.

I've been thinking about it a lot I just OwO

I've stated doing some doodlez n scribblez n stuff so I'll probably post those later

4. What detail in [Pinky Promise] are you really proud of?

This is so hard because there's so many little things I love in there. Since at the time I wasn't sure how many other DmC fics I would ever post, I kinda packed it with all my favorite little things sdfghj.

Off the top of my head, I loved the comparisons between Vergil and lighthouses. And I loved describing Vergil's penthouse and the Order compound in general. I'm really happy with those things.

(I also now would like to get more DmC/DMC fic out, so fingers crossed!)

5. What do you wish someone would ask you about [Pinky Promise]? Answer it now!

Oh this is difficult because the answer is 'anything' sdfghj I want to talk about Vergil's adoptive parents though, so I will. In my read of Vergil and how he is written in the universe of Pinky Promise/Drafting of a Swan (what I dubbed the series), he actually has very good and loving adoptive parents and he does really care about them. Their names are Rosa and Hugo and they're quite well off. Hugo also loves little robots that do little tasks. I love that about him and I think its important for everyone to know.

I do not think Rosa and Hugo would respond bad to their son being like...you know a non human, divine entity. That'd probably be a bit of a shock they would not know what to do with. However that is their boy and they love him so they would be as supportive as possible sadfghj.

8. What song would make a great fic (to either write or read)?

Oooh this is a really good question. Fair warning my answers are going to be strange, I'm going for a vibe rather then the literal.

I think obligatory mention of Heart-Shaped Box. There's just something about it I both want to figure out and also capture.

Some more answers because I cannot help myself: Smokey Taboo (peak Zelgan vibes I would like to capture), King (also peak Zelgan vibes?), Eclipse (underutilized for TF2 stuff I feel), Space Oddity (I have a TF2 project I've been dying to do something with, fic or comic), All Alone (always wanted to do a reboot thing with this one)

16. What’s an AU you would love to read (or have read and loved)?

DMC BAND AUS! Look I saw a thing that said band au's are like one of the least favorite kinds of AUs, but look there's something about DMC and band AUs I think is just really good and why don't we have more of these? Like just a couple of fun little oneshots or something.

Especially the preboot with a grunge AU specifically. I have a lot of thoughts on that, and I am trying to remedy the situation with a very 'catered to Fabdante only' one shot about it that hopefully someone else also likes asdfghj.

50. Answer any question of your choice, or talk about anything you want to talk about!

I really like the shoe question (If [insert fic] was a pair of shoes, what kind would it be? Describe the shoes.) and want to answer it about Pinky Promise asdfghjk.

Pinky Promise is not a pair of shoes, it is bare feet. Pink Promise is stopping after you've ran in dark through brush and rain with little rocks jabbing into your skin. Your feet hurt a little and they're cold, but you stopped because you found shelter with someone else who's just taken off their shoes to. And maybe you don't quite know each other, but you feel safe enough to not have your shoes. So it's the two of you, on opposite sides of this place, studying one another and you get a little closer, little by little, until you are side by side but your feet are cold.
