I just hope they ACTUALLY confirm him as queer. And, just to be absolutely clear about my stance on this, I do not mean that Jamie needs to come out to anybody or label himself in any particular way. But imo at this point - considering this moment and also the dubiously-canon "beard ain't my type" comment - there needs to be some kind of clear indication (even if it's small!) to the audience that Jamie is into men and/or other genders besides women or maybe even is just questioning that he could be (because questioning one's sexuality and not having it all figured out by the end of the story is absolutely a valid form of representation that we need more of!)

All that to say - to me this was an EXTREMELY queer-coded moment, but it wasn't a confirmation, and I . . . hmm. I just don't know how well the various hints at Jamie's queerness will sit with me if no form of actual confirmation ever comes.

I think the main difference I notice between the average USAmerica leftist and Brazilian leftist can be attributed to the fact that Brazil had a dictatorship, that was fought with tooth and nails to get rid of, and past that we got universal healthcare and voting rights again. I wish I could say all of Latin America is like this since so many of us had dictatorships but I don't know that many people from other countries (if you're latino please tell me), i think the average brazilian leftist understands there's no worth on peacefully resisting and if you want something, you need to fight or you'll be take and killed, or silenced, or "suicided".
