Another good night started with drinks at Olympus. The weather was warm considering the winter season outside, but that didn’t matter much. They were going to spend most of their night inside, enjoying the music and the energy of the club. The air was thick with the scent of alcohol and sweat filled the air, multicolored shining across the floor and dimly lighting the room. Nights were better spent here that at home in their flat with the pets. As much as they loved snuggling with Remy and Ace, they were looking to move in close with another person.
Harlow had a comfortable seat, sitting back and drinking. People watching was a pastime they partook it from time to time, mostly to scope out who might be interesting to flirt with or get to know in a far more intimate setting. Movement caught their eye as someone dropped own onto the seat next to them. “Well, hello there. Care to join me, cutie?”

The Helix is an exciting parkland providing activities such as cycling, walking, water sports and much more. The Helix is also home of The Kelpies, two 30-metre-high horse head sculptures which are a true feat of engineering.
The Helix Park is The Home of the Kelpies - the largest equine sculptures in the world. Located between Falkirk and Grangemouth, it was created as a space for the communities in the Falkirk area to come together. The Kelpies go a step further in bringing together not only people from different parts of Scotland and the UK, but from all over the world. Tourists continue to flock to the iconic structures, and take the story of The Kelpies with them to spread the message internationally. The Kelpies have transformed the area into a five-star tourist destination.

Day 103 of 365 Photo Challenge. The Kelpies are 30-metre-high horse-head sculptures depicting kelpies (shape-shifting water spirits), standing next to a new extension to the Forth and Clyde Canal, and near River Carron, in The Helix, a new parkland project built to connect 16 communities in the Falkirk Council Area, Scotland. The sculptures were designed by sculptor Andy Scott and were completed in October 2013. The sculptures form a gateway at the eastern entrance to the Forth and Clyde canal, and the new canal extension built as part of The Helix land transformation project. The Kelpies are a monument to horse powered heritage across Scotland. The sculptures were opened to the public in October 2013. As part of the project, they will have their own visitor centre, and sit beside a newly developed canal turning pool and extension. This canal extension reconnects the Forth and Clyde Canal with the River Forth, and improves navigation between the East and West of Scotland. The name was chosen by Scottish Canals at the inception of The Helix project, in 2005. The Kelpies name reflected the mythological transforming beasts possessing the strength and endurance of 10 horses; a quality that is analogous with the transformational change and endurance of Scotland's inland waterways.
