listen, shaving off your eyebrows or getting eyebrow tattoos or drawing them on with different colors or overplucking them? fun. do whatever you want. life is short and eyebrows aren't that big a deal.

when people in my generation beg you not to, what we really mean to do is pass on information we didn't know about when we were doing similar things: eyebrow hair does not grow back consistently for the rest of your life. at some point, it grow less often, more often, in different shapes, in different thickness and color, with different/less oil. at some point, removing hairs from your eyebrows results in damage to the follicles, which makes it harder over time for hair to grow back.

if you don't give a shit, don't give a shit! fuck it! they're eyebrows!

but wisdom from everyone who's already done it, if you pluck to very very thin eyebrow shapes for a long period of time, that'll be your eyebrow shape til you die. that's why the old ladies at my church drew long black lines where their eyebrows would've been - they were plucking very very thin brows in the 1920's.
