I haven't watched much of Boruto, except some clips here and there, but I am curious to know: what do you think of the self-titled protagonist? I've seen how divided people were about him (more like Naruto VS Boruto, those who call Naruto a shitty dad and others calling Boruto an ungrateful/ignorant brat), and I am wondering what this is all about 😅. I don't even trust Kishimoto for most of Naruto's characterization, since Sasuke is obviously his fav and I saw your post with his interview as for why he made Naruto a bad dad... wow.

I'm not really interested in Boruto as a character. If I consume the media it's because I want to see my favorite characters, but not him.

To me he's a mix of an ignorant brat and a truly sad kid that suffered from his absent father. All those "villain origin story" issues were covered in the movie so to me he's only a copypasta of Naruto as a kid.
