LMAO. one of my favorite stupid headcanons for canon toh is hunter terrorizing odalia between eclipse lake and hollow mind as a sort of "uh, sorry for trying to kill you and threatening your luz" peace offering to amity. i like to imagine he could find time to do something similar here. he's a resourceful dude!

I adore the knight/princess vibe they got, and also just love the thought of Erza helping Lucy tap into her own badassry. Their friendship is really overlooked and i think it could be a nice semi-slowburn and then i’d make them a couple after the Edolas arc because Lucy’s torment of Knightwalker being a monster and her relief of seeing her Erza makes me so aahhhh!

8/10 would write a whole multi chapter fic Macao arc — Alverez arc dedicated to them

Luvia

Very similar to Erlu in the dynamic they could’ve had. That episode between them fighting that rocker hair guy in the ToH was so cute and it really showed what they could’ve have if Mashima developed Juvia.

7/10, would write a whole multi chapter fic Phantom Lord arc — Alverez arc dedicated to them, minus a few points bc of canon juvia :(

Lucana

I think this was my first WLW ship in FT, or, at least the one that I was most in love with. Their friendship is so sweet and I wish that Cana would stop groping her in canon :/

Might be surprised seeing this one ranked so low, seeing as i made lelu canon in my rewrite, but the truth is, i just like different lucy and levy ships more. that being said, this ship is so adorable!

Mostly bc of the future lucy/future rogue angst, but also their dynamic would be so cute! emo black cat and his sunshine golden girlfriend, it’s amazing!

hi!!! i love your art so much!!!! i was just wondering what’s the process with colouring your TOH backgrounds? especially since you already have the uncoloured versions shaded - are they used as a multiply layer on top of colours or something? :0 also how do you decide when/when not to add the grain texture? i noticed in some you don’t have it at all (speaking of which was it intentional for the backgrounds in kings tide to get more staticky closer to the collector? it’s so cool!!!!!!) anyway love you art!!!!! it’s so clean and honestly such an inspiration for me!!!! hope you’re having an amazing day!!!!!!💕💖💕💖

hey, thanks so much for the kind words! 💕 I don't do the color any of the toh backgrounds - in tv animation the roles are broken up, and you can be hired to do either background layout/design (drawing the backgrounds, sometimes based on a loose sketch by the storyboard artist and maybe with reference backgrounds from a design lead or art director), or background paint/color.

Thoughout the design and color process your work would be reviewed by and maybe have feedback or notes from the showrunner, art director, and maybe bg paint or design leads as well. The shading here is a little more complex than most, but it's ultimately just to help depict forms and shapes and make things a little more readable for the bg painters. :~)

two star dick - childe and zhongli have broken up (tragic!) but luckily childe gets drunk and sends zhongli an Unsolicited Photograph (hilarious!) and it results in angsty pronz. i laughed a lot through this one

⭐️ get in the bunny costume, zhongli - OHOHOHO THIS FIC.... THISSS FIC, BROH...... it's pure filth, wretched filth, and i adore it. its the perfect kind of evil smut that i adore AND IT RESULTS IN EMOTIONAL CULMINATION WHERE CHILDE FACES THE CONSEQUENCES OF HIS MISDEEDS? EXCELLENT. this is the one i recommend the most tbh

in which zhongli encourages brotherly love - you can, uh, guess from the title (and my whole everything) what happens in this one AMDJSNDJSJD mind the tags but this ones a goodie if youre into that! xD

recreate the sea - young xingqiu wants to seduce mr zhongli.... he, uh. gets what he wants. and a little more too 😨🥰 (i read this one a while ago but i remember really liking it)

don't let him see - childe gets noncon'd in front of his brother. then it escalates. 👌 warning for underage, noncon, and mindbreak/drugging

frame the wallflower - longform zhongchi fic with modern au sugar daddy childe and sugar baby zhongli! it was the first fic i read after actually playing the game and has a special place in my heart. plus background kaeluc >:) and i think some bdsm stuff? it reads very much like a good romance novel which i think is why i like it so much xD

Honestly, probably I'll watch The Owl House first

But first let me talk about the two shows

First season of Amphibia is a lovely and charming season, my favorite episodes are Anne or Beast, Best Fronds, Stakeout , Domino effect, Taking charge, Prison Break, Snow Day, Bizarre Bazar, Anne of The Year and Reunion (you really have to watch reunion), you can watch the whole season without worrying about something bad happening.

Amphibia episodes are typically 11 minutes long with some exceptions with some episodes being 22 minutes long (Reunion)

I think season 2 of Amphibia is better than season 1 tbh, but Amphibia is an amazing cartoon for real

If you don't have disney plus you can watch the show on this site.

The first season of The Owl House is so amazing as well, I'm kinda biased because I love magic a lot so.., on this season we get to know a lot of characters and also we get to know Luz Noceda, a human that wants to become a witch on a fantasy world where magic and witches are real called The Boiling isles

And also Luz is latina, no wonder why I like her a lot

venting

Sorry not sorry for this little vent/rant

It seems that when I try experimenting with a new style, the post doesn’t do as well compared to my default style. Tbh I don’t put much weight into how many notes my stuff gets (like I did when I was younger) but it does feel a little discouraging. Of course it may also be the content or timing or sheer dumb luck. I guess I’ve just been very frustrated with my art in general bc I think my art is kinda boring. Drawing actually doesn’t come too easily to me so I go though a roller coaster of emotions when things don’t end up looking the way I intended, or if It takes too long. Also my procreate is bursting with WIPs. I really want to finish them but art is hard.

I am working on a lil comic that’s taking way too long too. I can’t help but feel that if I was more naturally skilled I’d have finished it a long time ago. Maybe I need a break. But yea.I’m just so frustrated with how static and boring my stuff is. Everything looks so stiff and flat. This is all so silly, but being into TOH lately has reignited the spark in me to want to draw draw draw and I think that is great but it also makes me doubt myself when the end result is bad. Regardless.. I know developing art style and skill takes a lot of time and practice. I’ll just have to keep learning and trying. Maybe I’ll take a day or two off (I’ve been drawing everyday for the past month- it’s amazing what fandom hype can do to you). Okie I guess that’s the end of my vent HAHA stay coool my dudes

Ps I am grateful for all the encouragement my friends here/discord give me 💕. These are just some insecure thoughts that have been hanging around my head the past few weeks
