Honestly at this point I don’t care.
OSDD-1 system? Shit man us too!
DID system? Yo that’s cool!
UDD system? Fuck dude lit!
Nondisordered? Great!
Disordered but there’s no name for it yet? Glad you figured it out!
Believe your system was caused by a disorder that doesn’t usually cause a system? Hey, you know yourself!
Completely endogenic formed spontaneously? That’s so cool!
Soulbonding? Sounds sweet!
Tulpa? Neat!
Your system has been here for as long as you can remember? Ooh that’s cool!
You only just found out about your system yesterday? Amazing!
Your system only started the other day? That’s rad!
What if they’re faking it? We don’t care.
Do you really not care? YES, REALLY.
How can you not care? You can’t tell if someone is faking being a system no matter what they say unless they outright tell you “I’m faking this.” Even if their claims seem outlandish and unbelievable, just because you don’t experience it doesn’t mean they’re lying; it simply means they’re different and that’s okay. Unless someone is actually directly harming another system/their recovery/etc we cannot care less about what they say they are.

Peaceful Plurals
A discord server focusing on traumagenic systems.
Peaceful Plurals is a place for all traumagenic systems to hang out and have a space just for them.
We at Peaceful Plurals are fully supportive of endogenic and purposely-created systems, however this is a space only for traumagenic plurals.
Traumagenic could be disordered (DID, OSDD, or an unknown dissociative disorder), your system could be traumagenic with other origins, you could be traumagenic and non-disordered, or you could be parotraumagenic (purposely created system to cope with trauma). You are accepted here!
Please click here to join the server. Follow the instructions once inside, and thank you for joining our server!

Being a main protector of the system, you have a vast knowledge on the system’s trauma and triggers.
We take the majority of the abuse, either directly or retroactively, just to keep the rest of the system safe, and this is very difficult. When the abuse is over, we have to handle the other members’ panic attacks, manage outside triggers, and protect the system from potential abusers and those who might worsen our trauma.
It’s no wonder some protectors take out their frustration and anger on the wrong targets.
Just know that I see you and accept you.

We are a multigenic / mixed genesis / mixed basis system, and our blog is a safe space for those who need it. We are up for chatting if the need arises, and can provide (a paltry amount of) advice for those who are experiencing similar situations to things we are familiar with. You have a friend in us; take care of yourselves.
System exclusionists & anti-endo, please dni. This is a post for the collective good, not a post for you to syscourse on. Clowns will be sent to the circus. 💙

Our therapist said that the reason we get more tired when I switch in is because stress makes you tired but like. I don’t believe that’s just it? Because ghost and cap (why is he called cap) switched a few times today and there wasn’t like a burst of tiredness between them. but when i come in it’s immediate fucking exhaustion. I don’t know man I think our therapist is full of shit

This is a little different from the stuff we usually make/do, but after a lot of consideration we decided it would be helpful to coin/create a new tag! Really, it’s meant to be more an online community than just a tag, but we’ll see if it takes off. Without further ado:
#traumageninclusive
This is a tag for all of the traumagenic and traumabased systems (as well as any other plurals who have experienced trauma) that are uncomfortable with how much of the traumagenic and disordered plural community is anti-endogenic and medicalizes systems, as well as how trauma survivor and recovery spaces in general pathologist plurality and exclude systems who do not fit strict medical models. It is a tag open to any system/multiple/median/plural who is inclusive of all forms of plurality (i.e. who is not a sysmed/anti-endogenic/anti-non-traumagenic) and who has trauma which is significant to their experience of plurality. It is meant to be a tag and community focused on trauma and trauma recovery as it relates to plural experience and in general uniting the community of all plurals who have experienced trauma. The only requirements for using the tag/participating in the community are that you are not anti-non-traumagenic or anti-non-disordered systems/a sysmed and that you are a system/plural who has experienced trauma. You do not have to be disordered or traumagenic, but you should be aware that this is a community/tag that is centering those plurals and their experiences, as well as all other experiences of trauma and related mental health issues.
We really want to create a community for all plural trauma survivors that is safe for and accessible to all systems. We know from disordered systems we have spoken to that a lot of disordered (DID/OSDD) system communities can be very exclusionary and that makes it difficult for many survivors to access recovery communities/spaces and important resources that come with them. This is especially true for mixed origin systems who still have significant experiences of trauma and who may also be traumagenic/disordered but cannot access trauma recovery communities that are exclusionary and that fundamentally do not respect them or don’t allow them to participate at all. It’s also true of many traumagenic and disordered systems who are uncomfortable with or feel unsafe in exclusionist communities, as we’ve heard from many traumagenic DID and OSDD systems. This tag/community is all about making spaces for plurals of all kinds to share a trauma informed space. It’s a community for resilience, recovery, respect, support, and compassionately sharing and discussing the unique life experience of both being plural and having experienced trauma.
There is also a naming scheme for specific versions of this tag. By adding a specific type of system after “traumageninclusive” you’ll make the tag that’s exclusive to those kinds of systems. For example:
#traumageninclusive traumagenic
This is the tag for traumagenic systems in the traumageninclusive community/using the tag. It is exclusive to traumagenic systems.
#traumageninclusive OSDD
This is the tag for OSDD systems in the traumageninclusive community/using the tag. It is exclusive to OSDD systems.
So on and so fourth. You can use any system modifier or origin to add on to the tag in order to use the tag/community exclusive to those systems. So, “#traumageninclusive endogenic” for the endogenic exclusive tag, “#traumageninclusive disordered” for the disordered system exclusive tag, “#traumageninclusive DID” for the DID exclusive tag, “#traumageninclusive mixed origin” for the mixed origin exclusive tag, “#traumageninclusive median” for the median exclusive tag, etc.
A little PAQ (Preemptively Asked Questions) is underneath the cut. If you have any questions feel free to ask us, but please read that first!
Can I participate in this community/use this tag if I am not/my system is not traumagenic or traumabased?
Yes! The only requirements are that you in some way fall under the plural umbrella and have experienced trauma. This is a tag/community for plural trauma survivors, and anyone who is a plural trauma survivor can participate, regardless of origin or system function. However, please only use the specific tags or participate in the specific communities if they apply to you. For example, “#traumageninclusive OSDD” is the OSDD exclusive tag/community, so only use that and participate in that space if you have OSDD.
Why did you& make the tag if you& are not traumagenic/traumabased/disordered?
The short answer is that we are a plural system who has experienced trauma and the vast majority of trauma survivor or recovery spaces exclude us and many other systems, which leaves us left without the ability to access those kinds of supportive communities. Instead of trying to navigate the murky and stressful waters of trying to find communities that will tolerate us, we decided to create our own affirming online community for all plural trauma survivors.
The long answer is that we know that inclusive traumagenic and disordered systems are often excluded from survivor spaces just for being inclusive or are uncomfortable with those spaces due to how their exclusion negatively impacts all systems and can create hostile environments with grilling, fakeclaiming, and other issues. We wanted to create an online community/space where those systems could comfortably and safely engage in a trauma survivor/recovery community without having to worry about being excluded or disrespected. Not only this, but there are many endogenic and non-traumagenic systems who have significant experiences of trauma or who are traumabased that simply cannot access survivor/recovery communities and resources. A space for all systems who have experienced trauma is not a space that currently exists, so we wanted to create one, and a way to easily unite that community online. We also know how important it is for specific kinds of systems or people with specific conditions/disorders to have their own exclusive spaces, which is why we created the exclusive tag modifiers. This way there can be specific DID, OSDD, or disordered system communities that are safe and inclusive. One of our close friends is a mixed origin DID system, and we know from hearing their experiences that having these kinds of spaces is extremely helpful and important.
Why did you& pick the name you did for the tag?
A few reasons. The phrase “traumagenic exclusive space/traumagenic only” is often misused by exclusionary communities to mean “systems who meet strict medicalized models of plurality only” which is very alienating to many traumagenic systems who have had their terminology misused and appropriated in this way. Traumagenic systems are not all DID/OSDD/disordered systems, just systems who formed in some way as the result of trauma, and we wanted to subvert the way “traumagenic” (which is an inclusive term and was coined by an origin inclusive system alongside the term endogenic) has been used in exclusionary spaces to force all systems into medicalized models of plurality. We also wanted to highlight that this is a community that exists for plural trauma survivors to discuss and have a community for their unique experiences, which means that it’s a space which centers and highlights traumagenic and traumabased systems while being inclusive and allowing all systems the autonomy to fully define themselves and their own lived experiences.

[Left: a flag with seven stripes with varying shades of purple and light blue, with a dark purple stripe in the middle. Right: the same flag with the meanings overlayed. The meanings will be discussed in the post.]
Radical System Inclusion
First stripe: Traumagenic and DID/OSDD-1/UDD/etc. and nondisordered traumagenic systems
Second stripe: Endogenic and protogenic, thoughtform/tulpa, paragenic, unknown/mixed origin
Third stripe: Spirigenic, metagenic, parogenic, aethergenic, willogenic, and other spiritual origins
Fourth stripe: Radical acceptance and inclusion of all system/headmate types/origins/functions
Fifth stripe: Educating oneself in the different ways a system can manifest
Sixth stripe: Unlearning previously-held beliefs about system types or origins
Seventh stripe: Loving your own system, not in spite of plurality but because of it
Please do not use this flag if you discriminate against any system origin. This flag shows you are a safe system for anyone to interact with.
I was inspired to make a radical inclusion flag for systems by @rad-inclus-culture-is!
The colors are what we think of when we think of the words “harmony” and “acceptance.”
