Execuse the #icecream . It ‘s ‘browse-bait’. “Enduulu yokulya bakuba katonotono” ... i just bastardized a #lugelo ... a Buganda #proverb sayin’ something like “The cries for good things are always kinda muffled.” ... this post points to one of my most socially relevant photo collections via #UrbanUnkindness, one about well, technically, #advertisement and #cons, ... “Information ... and Money Trees” ... it all looks very sinister depending on how deep you have been or cared to imagine. Rationally, today, there’s no way a good #bursary can be advertised! You are extremely lucky to even hear about it 2 years after recipients enroll! But on our streets here in #Kampala esp. around Universities or Highschool concentrations, it’s apparently up for grabs and they even take trouble to put up (probably clandestine) posters! ... welcome!
