man yall REALLY like when I post ashfur and squilf huh? well I hope you're ready for more ashfur and squilf bc I cooked up a meal recently!!! these are infection au designs for a map I'm hosting currently over on YouTube, of which still has parts available! You should check it out would be based ;)

Ashfur! he's based on a bleeding heart dove / snow leopard sorta

iii don't know how to censor on here I apologize!!! but the infected variants of Ashfur! for those who care about loreee: it's on his head for a reason, it corrupted his mind! He wears his head on his "sleeve" (chest) and it bleeds quite literally as Squilf pulls more and more away from him throughout the course of this map! His obsession with her amplifies the effects of the infection (due to its dark forest origin) and it turns him faster than any cat had in my au's history. He's also the largest infected cat, alongsideeee other cats! if I end up successfully finishing this map I will absolutely be doing sequels revealing more information!!

Squirrelflight and Leafpool! Squilf is based on a bird toooooo forgot the name of it, leaf is just leaf and she's slaying okay ur honor

and yes they do have chokers on and I will not elaborate on that! hopefully I can tell their specific section of the story one day ;) but that day isn't today

Brambleclaw! uh yeah idk hes boring to me

Hollypaw, Jaypaw, and Lionpaw! wanted them also based on birds, Holly is a corvid, Jay is a... lion is a I forgor

idk why lion is bright yellow but I will continue to do him dirty until the end of time! idc!

and finally mapleshade! she's pink for a reason that I also cannot specify and uhhh yeah! her map is absolutely coming next though so just stay tuned you'll see her og variant soon 🤭🤭🤭🤭

I love mapleshade!

Shes my favorite warrior cats character, and I think while she’s definitely overrated, shes also overhated. Lots of people will actively act like shes the worst character in warriors when we also have cats like Finleap…And thistleclaw.. And I think thats stupid. I think Lots of peoples opinions are Heavily influenced by major warrior cats figures in the community, and on top of that I honestly also think its one of those issues that we see in lots of other communities. Its the issue where female villians are treated like the bane of everyone’s existence, and then the same people will turn around and defend their male counterparts or other male villians. Like hello? What the hell? And dont even get me started on people who defend her actions- guys we can ENJOY characters without defending every single thing they do. Anyway, thats my mapleshade rant!
