More clothing studies, this time from my fic Axis. I was aiming for authenticity while also trying to have each of their personalities show a little bit in their clothing choices. Two for Nicky, to show his layers.

It is done! it's a bit more close-fitting around the wrists than I'd like, but I think that'll stretch out with blocking and also with wear

As ever, I am in love with the colour (Drops Nepal 'Deep Ocean', which I've used for so many things now; as you can tell from the wall behind me, I like one (1) colour), and it feels incredibly cosy. Maybe it'll even finish drying in time to wear in this cold snap, you never know

#belle 2023 #max gold #iceland #listen i just want to talk abt this for a second #i watched belle recently and yes it is a take on beauty and the beast #and yes it had so much more potential than it delivered BUT #im not mad at it at all? #i enjoyed it and it the scenery? stab my through the heart with that beautiful landscape #also it just feels like a quiet movie if that makes sense? #its got this like subtle quality to it and idk how to explain it #i wanted more and things could have been MORE but im sitting here making a post about it bc i cant find anything else on here about it #its classified as horror and im not 100% torn on that label for it but i get why they did that #anyway if you want a slightly darker/grittier take on the story then maybe give this one a shot? #and really its just so pretty to look at #and there are no fix it type fics to make it the more i want but thats okay i am okay #movies

Nordics:

Norway: yes theyre cute, but he will puke if he has to hold one

Denmark: yes. He may even give the frog a lil smooch on the head not depicted; Norway gagging in the background

Sweden: he doesnt like frogs but the frogs like him. If there is a frog and it notices Sweden it will come sit on his boot

Finland: He adores frogs. He will find a snacc for the Froggy and feed it, no you cant stop him

Iceland: 🤢

France: Depends on the context. To eat? Maybe. To look at? Sure. To hold? Absolutely not

America: he cannot contain the pure serotonin that floods him when he sees them

Canada: Sure, theyre cute, but something about them icks him. Maybe its the bumps some have, maybe its how some look, but he cant look at one for more than 5 seconds

England: He actually really likes Frogs. He has a Frog plushy that reminds him of France he adores. I think its actually part of the reason he calls France a frog; he just likes them a lot
