Hele, už delší dobu nemůžu tohle dostat z hlavy, takže se musím podělit :-)

Lena stála v kuchyni před sporákem a míchala omáčku na těstoviny, když se kolem ní ovinuly dvě svalnaté paže a na krku jí přistál lehký polibek a do uší jí hlas zašeptal Hello love. Lena se s úsměvem otočila a říká Hello my wife. Kara se zářivě usměje."Víš, že se toho nemůžu nabažit?" "A čeho?" "Že ti můžu říkat my wife. Konečně po všech těch letech." "Věř tomu nebo ne, mě to taky přijde hrozně nereálné a přece tak úžasné."

Plot twist? Jeden z pravidelných čtvrtletních atentátů na Lenu byl úspěšný, ona teď leží ve věži v komatu a tohle všechno je jenom komatozní sen O_o. V reálu kolem sebe ty dvě pořád našlapují po špičkách a ani jedna nemá odvahu tu druhou pozvat aspoň na rande když už.. Ach jo, co mi to ten mozek dělá?

Napiš 👏 a postni 👏 fanfikci 👏

Ne, fakt, tohle je super myšlenka, plus obecně mám tenhle trope alternativní reality/kómatu/alleged memory loss dost ráda. Občas narazím na takový ten gif set, jak je Kara pod působením black mercy (takové té černé kytky z 1. série, co jí seděla na hrudi, způsobovala jí kóma a přinutila jí snít o tom, že je zase zpátky na Kryptonu s rodinou), akorát v tom upraveným gif setu sní místo toho o životě s Lenou a nechce se probudit - tak ten se mi mega líbí. Takže tohle je přesně můj šálek čaje, zvlášť když po probuzení bude následovat pořádá dávka angstu, doplněná happy endem, jak se patří. Ale i bez toho bych to určitě brala.

Jinak na tohle téma jsem zrovna dneska přečetla kraťoučkej one-shot, plus ještě o kousek dál od tématu je jedna z mých oblíbených fanfikcí, i když tu budeš nejspíš znát.

I start with 📸: I don´t have a smartphone.. I am still very loyal to my button nokia :D.

🦋 - Describe yourself in three words: Phew.. Okay... Stubborn, choleric aaand I don´t know.. Sad maybe? Or depressed is better choice of words... Or tired.

🐸- Describe your aesthetic: I don´t know if I understand this correctly but I try :-). As far as my clothing style goes, I am tomboy as fuck. I hate skirts and dresses as far as I remember. I prefer comfy clothes like jeans, flannels shirts, sweatpants at home etc.. But I recetly fell in love with ties, so any time the occasion ask for it I will gladly put one of ties from my collection and feeling dapper as hell :-). I don´t put make-up on my face. EVER! I had to have make-up once on my face and I was traumatized (and still am to be honest). But I think my vibe is kinda hostile towards other people. I am huge introvert, plus I had problems with meeting with people face to face in general (yes, I am taking meds for that, but there are not allmighty) so I am trying to dissuade everyone to not even try to talk to me :-). In am a bit better in online space :-). I love winter and long nights. I am definitely a night owl. So, I guess that´s it? Let me know if I forget something and you want to know :-).

🐰- What do you think says the most about a person?- Phew, not an easy question to answer.. But I think it´s their action and opinion.. Oh and since I am sapiosexual, it´s about people inteligence.. You don´t have to have IQ 175 but I really appreciate general outlook. I have to admit I hate fools (f.e. Joey Tribian is the best example of bad kind of idiot that comes to my mind right now). It´s really hard to tell. You need to let people show you your true collors (to quote Cindy Lauper) and then decide if you want them in your life or not... looks can be deceiving, your character mostly not. Unless you met pathological liar who can decieve as easy as they breathe.. Anyway.. I hope I made myself clear :-).

1. Are you named after anyone?

Kinda? Part of my name is my mother’s middle name

2. When was the last time you cried?

Yesterday. My job puts an awful amount of stress on me, homesickness and personal problems. I tend to have breakdowns quite a bit due to that :/ I’m getting better though and starting to warm up to my new life

3. Do you have kids?

Hell no. Nor would I ever want any. I’ll stick with being the cool, gay aunt 😎

4. Do you use sarcasm a lot?

Oh god yeah. All the time. It’s part of my personality. Sarcasm, mom jokes, and flirting. Can’t make me stop

5. What’s the first thing you notice about people?

I would say personality and whether or not I think we’d get along. Also I tend to notice if they’re an outgoing person or not

6. what’s your eye color?

Green :) If I had to really describe it, it’s like emerald green with even a lil grey in there. Looks kinda like this emoji’s color->🌲

7. scary movie or happy endings?

Scary movie. I have a love hate relationship with happy endings. But I’d also watch either one without complaints

8. any special talents?

Hmm I can crack my neck like the cool dudes do in movies. Idk if that counts as a special talent or not tho

9. where were you born?

I was born in Illinois, USA (nowhere near Chicago, though I’ve been there billions of times)

10. what are your hobbies?

I love interacting with the fandoms I’m a part of. Music, video games, and writing (the basic ones) I also love training dogs (I’m an animal lover)

11. do you have any pets?

I do!! (Bad question to ask cuz I’ll never shut up now) Her name is Stella and she’s a golden retriever! She is almost 4 years old (no way already??? She’s gotta stop growing up 😢) She is the sweetest baby ever and I gave her three middle names ( Patrick George Kevin) and can’t remember why I picked those specific middle names. Everybody loves Stella. And I will send you SO many photos, all you gotta do is ask (I even made an edit of her 💀) Sorry. Proud mom moment 😭

12. what sports do you play/have you played?

I don’t play any currently but my job requires me to be physically fit, so I work out regularly. I used to play soccer (football), basketball, run track, and competitively swim. I ride horseback occasionally (dunno if that counts or not)

13. how tall are you?

I am 165cm/5’5”

14. favorite subject in school?

Psychology. Coolest subject ever. It’s so interesting to learn about the human brain and how we ‘work’

15. dream job?

I’ve always wanted to go to space but I don’t think I’m smart enough to be an astronaut 🥲 I also recently started to consider starting a dog training/caretaking business at my family’s farm back in the States. But that would be a hell of a goal to work towards and I’m stuck at my current job for quite a few years unfortunately

How does my favourite sibling relationship in fiction come from this show? One of the things I absolutely loved about Life with Derek when I first got into it in 2015, is how you would see Derek's demeanour change when he was around his little sister and you saw what a good guy he was. I loved the nicknames that they both gave eachother. It was so sweet!

1. Home Movies

OK. Their fight at the beginning screams UST (and also kickstarts the episode)

Casey is trying to interview Derek about the family and he surprisingly gets really pissed at her. They fight alot in this show, but this is the first time he legitimately shouts at her while being dead serious/visably hurts her feelings and vice versa.

He's clearly mad that she left him out of something that deeply effects him. Hes never been good at expressing feelings which leads to him bottling them up and letting them out in an unhealthly way (sometimes I feel this dude needs more therpy than Casey). Even though, he likes his new step-family, he still had no say in the matter at the end of the day e.g. This is not a picture perfect family Casey, this is a mess of a family thats making the best of a contrived situation.

And its very obvious to me, that he clearly loves her by this point, and he resents the fact that he does. e.g. 'My Dads decisions put me in this mess'

It gave me a slight reminder of 'Flowers in the Attic' (even though thats a totally different kettle of fish) where the two eldest siblings fall in love with eachother because of the situation they are forced under by their parents (i.e. emotional neglect etc)

Btw, když už to tady takhle řešíme, tak jak dlouho čteš fanfiky? Já jsem s hrůzou zjistila, že to snad letos bylo už přes 20 let, co jsem četla první fikci O_O. I am old :(.

Začátky mám někdy od té doby, co mi bylo tak 12 nebo 13, takže skoro 10 let 😂 Ale nečetla jsem je moc pravidelně, dávala jsem přednost vydaným knížkám... ale začínala jsem na Wattpadu s fanfikcemi na Percyho Jacksona a příležitostně Harryho Pottera (i když Potterhead jsem nikdy nebyla), a dokonce jsem nějakou PJ fanfikci i napsala 🙉 Jo a nevědomky jsem přečetla i pár One Direction fanfikcí, protože jsem tehdy netušila, jak se jednotlivý členové jmenujou, a prostě jsem jen otevřela nějaký random příběh, co vypadal zajímavě, a nijak mě netrápilo, že hlavní love interest se jmenuje Harry Styles😂😂😂

První wlw fanfikce v angličtině jsem četla až později, právě asi k Bechloe, to byl můj první wlw ship 🥰😂 někdy v covidu jsem pak objevila Glee a fanfikce na Brittanu, Faberry JulyBerry a potom konečně Supergirl 😍 na tu jsem fakt narazila až někdy 2021, takže docela pozdě, ale o to víc mě uchvátila. Jak dlouho vlastně jsi v Supergirl/Supercorp fandomu ty?

Já nad tím teď strávila posledních pár dní a musím říct, že je to úžasně napsané. A tak nějak to ve mě probouzí pocity, které ani nedokážu přesně popsat. Asi to budu muset něčím teď rozbít, než najedu na další věci autorky :-). Třeba Shape of soup :D.

Nene, podle tagů to není úplně můj šálek kávy, ale mrknu se na to, až bude čas 😍 teďka se postupně prokousávám one shoty od bs13 nebo čtu nefanfikce...

Maminka má svou každoroční seanci u Pretty woman a já se už delší dobu nějak nemůžu zbavit dojmu, že by to byl skvělý námět na Supercorp AU fanfik :D. Je fakt, že jsem četla jeden ve kterém byla Kara luxusní společnicí, ale tohle dává námět ještě k zajímvějším věcem, nemyslíš ;)? Akorát si teda holky Danversovy nedokážu moc představit jako šlapky na ulici O_o. (a Lenu už vůbec ne, když už jsme u toho).

Já nejsem nijak dramatický fanoušek Pretty Woman, ale s nějakými úpravami bych si to asi dokázala představit, spíš teda s Karou než Lenou, no... Ale to spíš proto, že si neumím Karu představit v roli Richarda Gera, než že by mi dělala problém Lena na ulici. Někdo by měl tuhle AU napsat, ať si to můžu ověřit 😂

Nicméně donedávna jsem si myslela, že nejsem ani moc velký fanoušek Návrhu se Sandrou Bullock a Ryanem Reynoldsem, a přitom tahle fanfikce zlepšila moje Vánoce asi tak o milion procent a rychle se vyšplhala do mých oblíbených:

Na zbytek svátků a po zkouškovém mám v plánu přečíst její (?) další fanfikce, tak snad tam objevím i nějaký další poklad ❤

(Also, musím ti fakt někdy udělat vyčerpávající seznam svých oblíbených, ať to máš hezky celistvě 😬)

Četla... nádherné, ale hodně bolestivé počtení ❤ vracím se k tomu jen zřídka, když mám pocit, že potřebuju něco cítit, a dojdu k názoru, že zásah přímo do srdce je ideální varianta. Z nějakého důvodu se umím hodně přesvědčivě vžít do Kařiné situace a vybavit si, co všechno asi musí cítit, když se jen tak po 10 letech vrátí a všichni už mají své životy, takže mě to vždycky hrozně vezme a popláču si vždycky na těch stejných místech 😥

Možná extrémně blbá otázka, ale.. Viděla jsi Ammonite?

Viděla, ale nejsem si jistá, jestli se mi to líbí. Nějaký dojem to na mě určitě udělalo, ale asi mi tam i něco chybělo...

Ale taky jsem to neměla s čím porovnat, protože třeba Portét dívky v plamenech jsem neviděla.
