lunedì ho trovato una gattina bellissima e incredibilmente affettuosa. Era disperata e cercava una casa dove entrare. ero davanti alla scuola di mia figlia e tutte le altre persone erano molto infastidita da questa povera bestia che cercava aiuto.

io e mia figlia l’abbiamo accarezzata e ha iniziato a seguirci. quando ho attraversato la strada per tornare in macchina lei ha cercato di seguirmi ma è stata quasi investita.

No potevo lasciarla lì. L’ho messa in macchina e siamo andate a casa. i miei cani non cavo d’accordo con i gatti, e questa voluta anche la gatta non aveva simpatia per i miei cagnoni curiosi.

avevo miliardi di cose da fare ma mi sono attivata per cercare i suoi umani.

invece sono finita a tenerla a casa con noi fino alla mattina dopo, con tanto di piede scivertato per dividerla dai cani.

io sono molto grata a le associazioni che si prendono cura degli animali, ma trovo che molte delle persone che ci lavorano da anni abbiano perso di vista che anche gli umani possono avere dei problemi.

l’associazione dove l’ho portata a scansionare, ha deciso che poteva disporre di tutto il mio tempo per le prossime 48 ore, cosa che non mi è possibile fare visto che lavoro e ho anche una bambina disabile.

Nessuna associazione poteva prenderla e siccome aveva bisogno di essere almeno sterilizzata, ho dovuto portarla al canile.

adesso vivo con l’angoscia di non sapere come seria perché non mi gabbo ancora richiamata. É una gatta di casa e merita una famiglia, ma se non fosse adorabile io vorrei che lei potesse vivere sul mio portico dove posso almeno offrirle cibo, acqua e un riparo.

É probabilmente stata aggradivate perché sembrava incinta. la gente è veramente schifosa.

Great Horned Owl Not native to the UK this one but it is a favourite of mine. There is almost something ethereal, mystical and unearthly about this breed of owl. Many Native American tribes believed the Great Horned Owl to be a symbol of wisdom, magic, insight and the supernatural. However, other tribes saw it as a bad omen signaling serious illness or death. All viewed it though as a strong connection to the spiritual world. These animals have served alongside human soldiers, providing support, companionship and assistance in various ways 🐕🐎🕊 Black Poppy is a symbol that commemorates all those who have died and still dying due to war and its legacy. Also it is worn to remember the African, Black People, West Indian, Caribbean, Pacific Islands and Indigenous communities’ contributions in the great wars. Made at Sandymere beach on 6/11/23
