Working on a new Memorial Quilt. There will be 48 blocks in various colors/fabrics. These two have the same hearts but the rest will have different fabric hearts or 9-Patch squares. A few will have just plain fabric squares in the center. Each center square will have a fancy stitch around it but no other quilt stitching will be on the individual blocks. Once I have all the blocks together I will do a fancy stitch down/accross the seams. The backing will be flannel (color is yet to be determined).

My husband says this is his favorite pattern so far. I don't even remember the name of the pattern, I just remember I saw a video/reel on Facebook where someone was making this pattern and liked it.

This will be the 8th Memorial Quilt for this friend and I will have one more to do after this one! (it will probably be in the same pattern)
