Who in the self-aware enstars cast would unironically say “Where´s my hug at?”

So the first person I thought of when reading this ask was Rinne. He absolutely is the type of person that would say that while laughing and even opening up his arms wide, expecting you to hug him. He´s fully aware that he´s being obnoxious and annoying but he still won´t budge until you give in.

Tori says this when he´s throwing one of his childish tantrums with a pout on his face. You didn´t give him the amount of affection he clearly deserves so you better make up for it now! 100 hugs should suffice for the meantime as Yuzuru tries to calm him down ( while being kind of jealous that Tori can so easily demand affection from you)

Ritsu says this when he´s in a sleepy and clingy mood ( so always) and he demands a hug from you whenever he approaches you. Doesn´t matter if you were working on some important project or something or were talking to someone, Ritsu is now standing in front of you and demands his cuddles. He really doesn´t care if he´s making someone else uncomfortable, he needs to recharge his y/n batteries right now! Actually might just throw himself at you even before you agreed to anything.

Rei says it like a grandpa would ask their grandchild at a family reunion when they try to run off after getting their presents. He´s so offended too if you refuse him and might just pull you in his coffin with him so you two can stay bundled up together for a while. Would have been easier if you had just given him his hug from the very beginning, right?

Leo I feel is very similar to Ritsu in that regard but he also just throws himself at you on sight so is there really any point in asking in the first place if he´s already wrapping his arms around you? He´s just big on hugging you in general so expect this to be a regular occurrence

Chiaki already likes showing his affection to his unit mates so of course that also counts for you! He wants to show you how passionate he is about you so he´s also a really big hugger with you. I feel with him, saying “where´s my hug at” has a different vibe than say, with Tori. Chiaki says it while laughing heartily and so you´re probably more likely to indulge him a bit.

Omg, I almost forgot but I swear Kaoru would say that without any sort of shame! He´s so flirty with you, it´s almost overwhelming and so he would love to touch you as much as possible! To Soothe a Heartache

An: Kaoru apology piece! My search history for this thing too lol. Isolation works a lot faster than it's portrayed to in media. The average person can't go longer than a day in extreme isolation (extreme basically meaning adding in sensory deprivation from how the studies pose it)

Tw: yandere, implied isolation, implied kidnapping, man is abusive, mind break, Stockholm? Either of those two. (Little hint, read between the lines because Kaoru... Isn't the most reliable)

Today was perfect.

Nice and hot, blue skies with just a little bit of clouds in them, the smell of the beach, and having you by Kaoru's side. You held his hand as usual. You liked to hold on tight to Kaoru and hated to let go or have him leave you for even a second.

Completely perfect.

You sat in Kaoru's lap on a beach chair, loosely hugging him. The fact that you were willingly cuddling him again, the oceanic scene, and just everything about you made him happy beyond belief.

The perfect date for the both of you.

You were so obedient nowadays too!

No more fighting or trying to push Kaoru away, instead, you willingly embraced him, in both forms of the word.

Yes, you may have been a little 'damaged', but it was necessary for your relationship to flourish.

After all, everything he did, he did out of pure and utter love for you.

He heard of you from rumours first.

A seductive type who practically made your dreams come true.

Of course, being who Kaoru was, he was interested.

Then he met you for himself.

He knew you were pursuing him in the beginning. Kaoru thought he'd have enough experience and caution to not fall head over heels for you, But there was just something about you.

Something about you made him feel complete.

You filled the hole that was drilled into his heart with his mother's death and his ever painful relationship with his family.

He just had to have you.

So he took you for himself.

He even gave you a place, it was pleasant and roomy too. A nice big room in one of the houses his father gave him. It was quiet and secluded there too, in a sleepy rural area that was easy to get to from the city.

He was good to you. He cared for your every need and want. He took good care of you. Kaoru was a good boyfriend, a good lover.

Yet you always seemed to fight him.

You wouldn't even let Kaoru hug you. And it depressed him deeply. You even tried to leave him on multiple occasions, saying that Kaoru was holding you captive. You ignored him, pretended he wasn't even there.

He just wanted your touch, he wanted that unconditional love of yours to return. He wanted you to let him in, let him love you.

Weeks went by, same as always no matter what Kaoru did.

He was starting to tire of your defiant tendencies.

He had read studies on isolation before…

It only took a few hours to put most people into a highly volatile emotional state if they were in full isolation…

Though considering the situation, he could just play it safe and do it for the whole day…

It was the practically same strategy he usually used to make women fall for him. He just needed something stronger to get you emotional enough for him to work with. Invoke high emotions and ride the waves…

Maybe he could.

But that would be bad, wouldn't it?

But both of you had to be tired of all this…

He'd be doing your relationship a solid, just reminding you of how much you loved him…

It truly pained Kaoru to hear you scream for him.

You begged to be let out after only an hour.

And all he had to do was blindfold you, put some good noise cancelling headphones on you, and tie you up in a cozy and safe room in the house.

Eventually, when he knew it was the right time, Kaoru let you out, taking all of the makeshift sensory deprivation equipment off you.

Immediately, you ran into his arms and held Kaoru tight.

He could feel your love for him, your heart was racing and your breathing unsteady with just how much you loved him. You had even cried from how much you missed him.

Perfect.

See? He knew you just needed a little push. You said that you'd be a good lover for him and tried to hold Kaoru as close as possible. You even asked to sleep in his bed for the night.

That was the first time you slept in the same bed as him.

And he was sure it wouldn't be the last.

From then on, everything was so bright and pleasant for Kaoru.

You were finally warming up to him, being friendly and truly being his lover.

You cuddled with him, said I love you, even initiated affection with him.

Kaoru just knew that everything was going to be perfect from then on.

Now this? This was heavenly.

He could be as clingy and loving ad he wanted now as well. And of course, you held Kaoru's hand below the waters.

Kaoru had persuaded you into going in the ocean with him, a life jacket on just in case of course. After all, you did have a tendency to get all… distant at times. No matter, he'd love you no matter how you were.

although requests are always open, there is no guarantee on completion. some requests are simply dreadful to write and it takes from my own enjoyment in writing. this is also for more moving room.

He’s definitely not happy about it, but he won’t let his darling know just yet. He wants to be the kind and supportive best friend and make their partner out to be the villain. Kaoru is a very clingy and affectionate person, and he’ll play this up when around his darling’s partner, and he’ll also up the amount of times he spontaneously decides to show up at wherever his darling is and start third wheeling all their dates. And when his darling’s partner finally snaps and complains about him overstepping boundaries, he’ll flip it on them and accuse them of being too controlling

Justice: Does this yandere ever feel conflicted about what they’re doing?

Sometimes he might feel a pang of guilt whenever he ruins the friendship between his darling and a childhood friend because he felt they were too close, but in the end he’ll reason with himself that it’s for his and his darlings happiness. The guilt may be slowly eating away at him, but he can keep pushing it down and pretending it’s not there

The Sun: When would this yandere feel content with their situation?

When he marries his darling and settles into a nice domestic routine with them. He goes out to work whilst they stay home to clean and cook, and they’ll greet him with a hug and a kiss with dinner already on the table for him. They’ll be there for him always to care for him and shower him in as much love as he needs and he’ll be the only person they care for

While Kaoru tries (and fails) to act smoothy in front of you, he´s quite desperate for your love and affection. He´s been depraved of affection in his childhood and has thus went to try and look for that love in a relationship. Due to needing this constant validation from you, I imagine Kaoru to be quite possessive and jealous.

It greatly annoys him whenever someone talks to you a bit too long for his liking. He regularily tells you to only smile at him and just focus your attention on him alone. He would be the isolation type, wanting to keep you away from others to ensure that you will continue to only have eyes for him, as he does for you.

The Empress - Would this yandere want to have children with their darling in the future?

I think children is something Kaoru would like, as long as that is something you also want. He himself grew up with a very unsupportive family and so he always longed for the familial love he never received. Kaoru would be a very affectionate and kind of easy-going father due to wanting to make up for what he himself went through. He wants to do better than his own family and ensure that his child would be as happy as can be.

Now just for the record because I´ve gotten the empress prompt a few times : Any and all yanderes I write would never force you to have and or raise children with them! Never! Take this more as something like if they would personally like the concept but what you think about it always takes priority!If you don´t want children then there won´t be any! Both biological children or adopted ones. What you´re personally comfortable with is the most important!

The Sun - When would this yandere feel content with their situation?

Kaoru would feel content once you two have moved together into your own nice little house a bit further away from others with a small garden or anything else you wish for. He also dreams of the day you two finally get married and wear the same ring on your finger, showing everyone that you two are deeply in love with each other. It´s a direct symbol of your love and since you agreed to marry him out of your free will it would considerably lessen Kaoru´s jealous outbursts

General Yandere! Kaoru headcanons

So we all know about Kaoru's usual behavior in terms of romance. He always likes to flirt with everyone he sees, never wanting to settle down with anyone though, not wanting to "tie himself down"

And for a long time, he was content like that. He didn't feel like he needed a permanent partner for himself and also didn't believe he would ever even find someone he would want to spend the rest of his life with

But that all changed when he met you. He had often used the claim of "love at first sight" when flirting with any women he comes across but this time, he believes, it really happened. The very moment Kaoru had laid his eyes on you for the first time, he felt as though he had been struck by cupid's arrow

Almost immediately he felt a deep affection for you grow within him, a feeling he was so unused to. He just couldn't take his eyes off of you. The way your eyes sparkled when you were happy, the way your melodic voice echoed when you laughed, the way your lips moved as you formed words. He felt like he could stare at you all day and not get bored for even one second

It's a confusing feeling for him but one he doesn't want to let go of. Is this what love feels like, he wonders. Has he really, truly fallen in love with you? He feels his very hard speed up at the mere thought of you

It's at this realization that he decides that he has to have you. You will be his!

There immediately is a problem when he tries to engage you though, Kaoru has an infamous reputation. How is he going to win you over if you think he's a careless playboy? He has to make sure you don't find out about it so he asks Rei to help him get rid of these rumors. He doesn't want to start out with his darling having a bad first impression of him after all!

While Kaoru would certainly still try to flirt with you from time to time, it would be way more subtle and less frequent. He carefully watches your reaction to every flirty comment he makes and mentally takes note of what you liked hearing and what he should avoid saying. He has a lot of experience after all, so he easily spots these differences in reactions

He wants to properly court you and make you swoon, he wants you to adore him just as much as he loves you!

He would actually start to put effort into something, which his unitmates immediately notice. Kaoru has never been this serious about someone before and they're glad that he seems to finally have found someone for himself.

Once you two actually get together, yandere Kaoru would be a very possessive boyfriend. The mere thought of someone else talking to you or making you laugh makes him sick to his stomach, he can't handle it

Would be very jealous when you hang out with other people and would try to persuade you to just stay at home with him. He's your boyfriend, why would you want to spend time with someone else when you can have him?

Kaoru would also be very affectionate with you, especially in public when other people can see you. He would always have an arm wrapped around you, hold your hand or even kiss you to show everyone that you belong to him. They better not try anything while he is around or they will get the nastiest glare imaginable. It's very unsettling to see how quickly his expression changes to a smile again as he faces you.

Kaoru will be two faced like that, all smiles and affectionate when he's with you and scary when he's with anyone he deems a threat. He won't stand for anyone trying to steal his s/o away so they better watch their back

Will definitely try to isolate you from your friends and monopolize your time. You two were meant to be together forever so you won't be able to leave him if you have no one else to turn to anymore, right?

So just let Kaoru shower you in gifts and don't worry too much about why your friends haven't gotten in contact with you in a while! You will soon forget all about them
