Hi there! My name is, not actually Berry, as you’ve probably guessed haha. i started this blog when I was 12 (yes, I know I legally shouldn’t have been on Tumblr, but to be fair I didn’t really use the site outside of OD related stuff), which also means that I am still only 14, in the hopes of sharing my love for this musical, finding other people to talk with, and bringing fans together. I hope that I managed to achieve this, which I think I did, especially since there have been 76 of y’all following me (someone followed me after that previous post… i mean idk why but thank you) <3

Honestly I’m not sure why I’m so attached to OD. I’m not associated with any of the original cast or crew, I’ve never been involved in a production of the show, heck, I don’t even live in a country that has ever produced the show! Although, I think one important factor is how wholesome this show is.

And I’d like to think this is true for you all as well. Y'all may love Ordinary Days for the reason that it’s so cute, wholesome, pure, and lighthearted, especially compared to all the heavy and serious content seen in other shows. Therefore, I’d like to think y'all are pretty lovely and nice too!!! ^-^

do you have any neat headcanons for the characters you haven't already shared? :)

... okay yeah i have a darn lot HAHA:

- i literally hc the family of each character lol... claire is an only child, deb has 1 younger brother (i named him adam after adam gwon KZKGAGDN but that's just a placeholder name), jason has 1 older brother 1 older sister and 1 younger sister, and warren comes from a Big family, like he has 7 siblings... this makes me annoyed bc i KNOW i detailed this out before but it was from 2018 ish so i don't rly remember... i think tho warren was like either the 4th or the 5th born, the eldest and youngest were both girls, there was a pair twins, two of them were named alexander and alexandra (though the latter usually went by 'sandra') but they weren't the twins, and i'm 67% sure the youngest one was named savannah

- claire + jason's child would be named gift, but after hearing lisa and hunter's hc abt them having two girls, i also hc that the other kid's name would be clarissa

- warren has really pretty and clear handwriting, in contrast with deb's really hard to understand one

- deb actually does like books and literature, it's just that with the way academia presents it she gets really discouraged... she likes reading out of her own interest, not to fulfil a part of her requirements

- warren finds a better job that actually gets him somewhere after the events of the show

- claire has an inner child, which she tends to hide bc she feels the need to be Mature and Responsible but also leading to;

- she is actually pretty shy and sweet, but has a strong conscience and has a strong desire to help others, which is also what led her to john (helping pick up some of the groceries that fell)

- jason, being impulsive af, sometimes ends up drawing the attention of the people around him, but it doesn't matter as long as he and claire are together (and as long as it's a good thing! he tries his best)

- oh also since jason's an architect and warren is an artistic boi, i really like to hc that one day they end up working on a project together (not sure of the specifics but i just think it'd be neat)

- deb blushes easily. i don't know where that hc came from but i just feel like she's the type to get flustered easily.

- not rly a headcanon but one thing that i think would be cute is if deb and warren made a book together. deb could write it and warren could draw the illustrations and it would be so cute.

- lastly i think that both warren and deb didn't rly have a lot of friends in the past, probably bc they're both awkward af and people think they're too weird (shame on them!! sorry that y'all are boring 🙄), so when they find each other they're super happy and become friends for life (BFFs!!! i care them)

hmmm not too sure actually! maybe, deb cpuld get some treats and sweets for warren and write him a sappy card (she obv tried her best to make it sound less sappy, but failed lol). and then maybe warren gets deb a cute teddy bear with a santa hat plopped on top, and draws her an adorable card. =MAJOR UPDATE (leaving Tumblr)=

Hi there. No, the title is not a joke, and it is also the main subject of this post. I’m leaving Tumblr and all other platforms associated with my current email. So, I’m going to divide this into three important parts: why, what's going to happen, and when.

WHY? So... when I first created the email I am currently using, I didn’t tell anyone about it, including my parents, because I wasn’t sure if they were going to let me make one (they know now of course, but still) and therefore I feel really guilty using it. Aside from the email itself, I also made multiple social media accounts without my family’s knowledge (like my Wattpad which I have already deleted, and miscellaneous accounts for sites), and I just can't continue using this email with that knowledge. Also, I'm starting to really focus on school, especially since I'm entering the part of highschool that really counts towards college applications and stuff, and I want to drop all social media that hinders me from giving my all to my studies/extracurriculars. I want to start anew, maybe make a personal email that's actually related to my real self (e.g. I've been using "Berry" as my alias ever since I've started, but I want to use my real name on my future accounts) and yeah. Throw my old and bad habits away. Not personal to anyone; I've definitely enjoyed interacting with y'all here and on Discord, Youtube, etc., and I'll miss y'all forever, but I really need to do this.

WHAT'S GOING TO HAPPEN? I'm not gonna deactivate my blogs or anything, I'm leaving them up for easy access to my archives and posts (especially on this blog, since this is specifically made for Ordinary Days content), which also means that I won't actually be deleting my email, but I'm going to find a way that will prevent me from using it. Maybe changing my password to something random that I'll eventually forget so that I won't be able to log back in and use it. Either way, you won't be able to contact me with the accounts listed under my carrd's social media section, though I'll probably check Tumblr logged out from time to time, so if you want me to see something, best chance is to tag your thing with "#ordinary days musical" so I'll probably eventually see it.

AND WHEN? Don't worry! If you're reading this just as I posted it, I'm not gone just yet! I'll be locking up my email and abandoning my accounts on December 29, 2020 (GMT+8), so y'all have about a week to tell/ask me anything you want to before I go! I'll even use this time to say goodbye to some of you ^-^. So, if you have any questions, go ahead! I'll miss y'all like crazy, so shoot me everything you want.

Hey so do us Owls have any hcs about the artist that Warren works for? Like names in specific, because I'm writing a fic and he's mentioned. I feel like he should be named Jordan for no particular reason, but if anyone else already has ideas, I'd be cool with that. I don't know how to do asks from side blogs so I turned on anon, but this is saturday-at-the-met asking.

hm we actually don’t have a lot of headcanons about him! jordan is a really neat name though (also the name of one of my mutuals who is therefore also an ordinary days fan lol) so that definitely tracks! so far people view him as your typical hippie artist painting those sayings around the city, maybe a teensy bit angsty and passionate, and is genuinely confused as to why warren is obsessed with him lmao. (hc that warren likes spending time w/ people who don’t want anything to do with him and he’ll watch them change their disposition hehe)

oh also someone said smth about him being pretentious and fakedeep with what he creates
