Tumgik
I’m 2 years older than my brother
My brother can be gone for a day and life in my house goes on business as usual.
If I am gone for a day or a few hours, the dishes need to be done, there is laundry that needs to be done, the house is a disaster, and my family blames me for not being their.
My brother and I both have chores. That is true.
He takes the trash cans to the curb once a week, empties the dishwasher, and takes out the trash from the kitchen. He also wipes the cabinets when our mom yells at him.
I have to wipe the kitchen counters, sweep the floor, clean the stove top, do the laundry- put it into the washer and dryer and then fold it, and fill the dishwasher- anything that doesn’t go in the dishwasher I then have to hand wash.
I don’t mean I put breakfast / lunch / dinner dishes in the dishwasher - no - any dirty dish that is in the sink I am responsible for it becoming clean. Even if my brother makes Nesquik chocolate milk at 2 am and the dishwasher is empty - I have to put it in the dishwasher.
If my brother doesn’t do his chore my parents pretty much don’t care. If I don’t do my chores my parents think it’s an assassination attempt, because they have to *gasp* wash a fork.
And this is not okay.

Superheroes
plenty of your favorite characters from Superman are referenced or are characters on the show
Jimmy Olsen is played by an African-American
All of the social minorities are not in a situation where they HAVE to be a minority and the fact that they are a minority is brought up within the story line.
