Thoses houses are related to economics, vocation and jobs, to which we may even include karma! You just need to know your rising signs: for the Sun (depending on birth time) and for karma (Moon's rising sign, or North Node). For instance:
Taurus rising (Sun) & Libra rising (Moon)
- 2nd house receives karma from the 5th house: money and finances are related to pleasant activities, fun and games, and everything that increases vitality
- 10th house expresses karma from the 9th house: formal education and worldviews from the past are expressed in laboral developments, careers and public activities

For knowing the lunar rising sign, search for the North Node related to your birth date in AstroDienst's ephemeris (tables includes signs for Southern Hemisphere birth dates; for Northern birth dates, the sign is the opposite one; the node is on the fourth column, starting from the right). Finally, a table in Google docs displays both signs combined: every cell includes the karmic houses related to the II, VI and X ones on the chart.
