Have you ever overcome a tragedy and wondered how you did it? Have you ever looked back at your past and compared it to where God has brought you? Have you ever been in an impossible situation that you thought you would never get out of? If you answered yes to at least one of these questions then you have a testimony to share. Troubled is my testimony of what I was and God is the answer to who I am. Teenage years are amongst the hardest for women. We are looking to define who we are but we are not yet capable of that without worshipping the opinion of others. We care more about what someone else thinks than what is best for us spiritually, emotionally, mentally, and physically. The Troubled Movement is the dictionary of that definition. Empower yourself. Persevere through adversity. Lead others in the direction of God.

5k for Education is apart of a series known as LE.N.S (Learning Never Stops). This event is a fundraiser walk intended to raise awareness of the lack of education in the rural areas of Houston, TX. The Troubled Movement, Inc. has identified an educational issue and wants the community to take a closer look at this issue our youth faces and the outcome they face if this problem is not addressed. The funds raised (through entry fees and donations) will go towards a scholarship for the winner of our essay contest which will take place in October 2018.
