headcanon i just thought of? In the omega flowey fight theres different versions of "your best friend" that plays because those versions were his theme that was played for the other six souls when they were alive (hope that makes sense)

Papyrus remembers the resets as much as Sans but doesn't tell Sans for the same reason Sans doesn't tell him about what he saw. Though in Papyrus' case he tries to tell himself that the memories of the resets are just bad dreams.

Very believable, I can see that Papyrus would do that.
