Random headcannon but I just feel like Kise is incredibly insecure in his place as a miracle.

Like I highly doubt he's ever been praised by one of them until like high-school and having joined in their second year doesn't really help much. He feel like an imposter who's just inserted himself into these clearly deep long (ish) standing relationships.

To make matters worse he insulted Kuroko when they first met and I doubt if he ever knew if Kuroko forgave him.
