So, as some of you know besides making music, I'm also a cosplayer. I've technically always been a nerdy person. But with cosplaying it has taken it to a whole new level.

Now I've only been cosplaying for a few years now (since 2019 to be exact). But It feels like I've been doing it for a lot longer than that.

Besides, you weren’t going to let two shinobi ruin your chances of becoming the world’s most talented kunoichi. You grew up with these men, and you knew they were just too stubborn to let go of their differences to get along. Much less to get a chance with you.

You never really realized that the pair had their sights set on you until Tsunade had mentioned it to you. And from that day on, you tried your best not to do anything that could be misconstrued as leading them on. Still, Orochimaru and Jiraiya longed for you. They both found you so alluring. Not only were you very strong and had a very amazing kekkei genkai, but you were so very beautiful. Your beauty was spoken about by almost every person in this village and elsewhere as well.

One night, Jiraiya and Orochimaru are finishing up a sparring session when they see you walking home. Jiraiya is so quick to run over to you, leaving Orochimaru rolling his eyes.

Jiraiya huffs slightly, knowing his teammate is trying to one-up him at his own game. Jiraiya then begins asking you all kinds of questions about your techniques and what you’ll be teaching the genin. You and Jiraiya get into a very interesting and deep discussion about teaching a genin team.Orochimaru walks with you both, listening in on the conversation.

“Well, it was very nice seeing you two. I’m headed inside for the night,”

And with that, you leave the pair standing outside your doorstep. Their hearts pounding in their chest. If they were ever going to work on anything together, you were going to be the thing they’d want to share. Orochimaru and Jiraiya silently vowed that they’d be getting you, and they’d never let you go.

Still quiet as ever, Thor is a strict yet doting father. He demands respect and in turn gives you respect back. His daughter will be able to hold herself high with a feeling of pride at a young age, though of course you have your childish moments he loves. 

As a father he has all of his worries, as fathers did. Of course you won’t be leaving his sights unless you’re near a person he could trust. And no- That absolutely does not include Loki. He keeps a wary eye on the trickster god at all times. Some people he does however trust around you are Odin, Hades, Aphrodite, and Hercules. A very limited list.

You are expected to eat all the food on your plate or else you’ll be sitting at the dinner table until you do. Thor gives you the correct proportions, and your snacks usually are a cut up apple with some other fruit. 

When he notices his little firecracker was developing her powers finally Thor is quite proud. And then starts your training to master and use these powers at your will. He allows you to pick your own weapons and test out new things (even if they may end in disaster). 

He is nurturing, understanding and talking through your fears, your frustrations, and any other emotion that may come up in your life. 

At your young age he understands things may get a bit scary once in a while. He lets you hide away in his arms for as long as you may need. Thor makes it very clear that he is your father- not a master or a sensei to you. And that as his daughter you are allowed to show weakness around him. And as a child you are allowed to act out on these emotions. 

He pushes you with a firm hand of guidance to be the best you can be, but Thor does not sculpt you into the image he wants to see. You are your own person, with your own thoughts and boundaries. The type of person you become will be based on what you want to become. 

If anyone hurts his little girl you bet your ass the heavens will experience the worst electric shock in ages. He isn't easily angered, until it comes to you. People will be able to feel the static electricity in the air for hours if not days. 

All in all, Thor is a good father.

Thrown - Chapter 17: Retaliation

Summary: Loki encounters several things he doesn't expect at the market.

When Loki joined you for the market this morning he didn't bother with any pretense. Likewise, you didn't ask for any explanation. He had arrived and let himself in at your gate while you were opening the stable. You greeted him warmly and offered him breakfast after you fed the animals. It was very matter-of-fact, as if it had been expected. Nothing needed to be discussed. He loaded the wagon, you groomed the horse, it was practically routine by now.

The ride to the market was quiet and peaceful and unpacking at the booth was similarly by-rote. Loki sat on a crate while you put the horse away. The quiet bustle of merchants was accompanied by a cool breeze. Ash returned from his lap around the vendors and placed his grey muzzle on Loki's knee. A small smile tugged at the corner of Loki's mouth as he stroked the dog's fur. "Was your morning venture successful?" Ash didn't answer.

You returned to the booth shortly before Khadija and Hani arrived at theirs. Hani made her way over and dutifully asked you about your scar. Loki leaned back as you regaled her with a story that involved an entire herd of elephants and a rather ingenious use of palm leaves on your part. When Hani turned her bright eyes to him and asked to see his magic he bent forward and showed her an empty hand, then conjured a small white flower. Her expression of wonder shifted to giddy delight as he tucked it behind her ear. She squealed her usual thanks and bounded off to her mother, pointing to the flower.

"Careful, Loki." You were watching with a smirk. "You're going to steal her heart." "Hm. Yes, I will need to be vigilant. If she falls in love with me, no human man will ever compare." You laughed. "A surefire tragedy."

Customers began filtering in through the stalls and the day began. Loki was surprised when a young woman asked him his opinion on a mug she was considering. By the time their conversation was finished he had convinced her she needed a plate to match, for her afternoon tea, and then also a bowl in the same glaze because if you have the other two, why not complete the set? She was very pleased and once she had left with her purchases you turned to Loki, wearing a grin.

"That was very impressive. You're quite the salesman." "Child's play." He said dismissively. "She already wanted the items, I merely helped reveal her own desires to her." "Wow. That's very zen." He rolled his eyes. "You are making more of it than it is." "Yes, Sensei." You smirked. He scoffed.

A boy approached, a teenager, by Loki's guess. You seemed to recognize him. "Good morning, Aksel. What can I do for you?" He looked nervous, his eyes cut between you and Loki. "Mother sent me to ask... there's a customer at the booth, we can't understand him. Could Mr. Loki translate?" You looked to Loki with a smirk. "Mr. Loki, are your interpreter services available?"

He considered it for a moment. He was certain you wouldn't fault him if he declined. But then, what would he stand to gain by declining? Of course, he also had very little to gain by accepting. Despite that, he nodded. "Certainly."

The boy led him to a booth selling jewelry where his mother greeted Loki with a grateful smile. He hadn't met her before, but he recognized a neighboring stall as one he had translated for previously. The customer was trying to make a purchase for his wife and had several questions about metal contents and types of stones and sizes of rings and lengths of chains. Loki dutifully conveyed his questions and the vendor's answers. Finally, he found exactly what he had been looking for (perhaps with a little persuasion from Loki) and left quite satisfied.

"We thank you for your help, Mr. Loki." The woman behind the counter smiled. "Much appreciated." Loki curbed his surprise at the gratitude and gave her a curt nod in response. He returned to your stall without much fanfare. Though you did slip "Mr. Loki" into the conversation several more times.

A few hours later a young couple came to the booth, browsing your wares. Loki did not like the look of them. Based on what they were wearing they clearly had money, and more importantly they wanted others to know they had money. He suspected they had less than what they would lead others to believe. The woman in particular seemed distasteful to Loki, something about the way she was looking at your wares irritated him.

You hadn't yet addressed the couple, you were reorganizing the items on the counter to fill in gaps. The woman's eyes were scanning over the countertop when she suddenly gasped. Her hand shot out and grabbed your wrist, pulling your arm up into view. Loki bristled.

The woman spoke in English as she pointed at your scar. "Oh my god, what happened to your arm!?" You looked up at her, dumbfounded. She mistook your stunned silence for a language barrier. Loki was furious. The insolence. He gritted his teeth and had begun to step forward when you took action. You pulled your hand free to gesticulate and responded in English--putting on the most absurd Norwegian accent Loki had ever heard-- and matched her volume. "MOOSE BITE ME." She looked confused. "What?" "MOOSE!" You spread your hands wide on either side of your head, like antlers. "Murrrr. MOOSE." Disbelief mingled with her confusion and she spoke to the man beside her. "A moose did that?" "MOOSE BITE. BIG TEETH." You pointed at your mouth and gnashed your teeth to demonstrate. "VERY NASTY." The man and woman watched you for a moment, her confused expression now tinged with disgust as well, and she quietly pushed the man forward to move on without another word.

Loki exhaled and worked to regain his composure. You watched the couple leave, waving, and turned around when you heard applause. Khadija and Hani had apparently been privy to the spectacle, and were clapping from their booth. Loki smirked and joined in as you gave an exaggerated bow. He had been on the verge of physically removing the woman for her disrespect. You had disarmed the situation with only a harmless joke at her expense.

"That was impressive." He admitted. "Child's play." You said with a wink.

The day continued with much less excitement. Loki helped you make a few more sales. You praised him each time but he insisted he was doing very little. Shortly after lunch a small elderly woman arrived at the stall. You didn't need any assistance with this sale; the woman seemed to know you. She was a local, and a repeat customer by the sound of it. She was purchasing multiple items as gifts and was chatting with you while you packed her purchases into a box. Once the transaction had been completed and all her items packed away you turned to him.

"Loki, would you mind helping Mrs. Hansen carry her things to her car?" The little old woman looked up at him with a kind smile. "Oh, would you, dear? He had little choice. "Of course." He lifted the box circled to the front of the stall. "Oh thank you, son, thank you!" She said cheerfully. "It's my pleasure, madam." "Thanks, Loki!" You called from the booth as they began walking. He looked over his shoulder and gave you a nod. There was something peculiar about your smile but he didn't have time to think about it as the woman led him away.

As they walked she began talking to Loki. First about who the gifts were for -- her nieces and nephews, Loki learned, and this was fine. Then she mentioned how it would have been difficult for her to carry the box all this way, and to illustrate this she began going into exhaustive detail about her various medical ailments. She spoke as if this were a conversation but he was given little chance to respond. Loki tried to quicken his pace to shorten the trip, but found he was limited to the speed at which an old woman walks. She continued on and told him about her several cats and their names. Inevitably, she explained each of her cats' medical ailments. By the time they reached her car he was uncomfortably well-educated on feline gastronomy.

The box was stowed safely in her vehicle but to Loki's dismay the conversation continued. Her siblings and cousins and their many shortcomings needed to be aired. Loki tried to extricate himself from the situation politely. He would try to interrupt or imply he was needed elsewhere, but she didn't take note. Even if he took a step away she would take a step closer. He began to wonder if he would be held hostage by etiquette for the rest of his days. Would you come looking for him? Would anyone? Could he perish from an overdose of gossip? It felt like he could.

Just as he was considering simply breaking into a sprint, the woman caught sight of someone else she knew on the sidewalk. She quickly thanked Loki for his help and called out to her next unsuspecting victim. Loki wasted no time leaving. When he returned to your stall you were helping another customer. He sat down on a crate and stared numbly at the ground, trying to recoup some of his energy. He did his best to think of anything other than ulcers and cat bowel movements and That Thing Her Cousin's Husband Said Last Year. When you finished with the customer you turned and approached him, leaning down until your eyes were level with his.

"That," you said with conviction, "was for the shark."

He stared at you for a moment with furrowed brows. You had done this on purpose. The shark? What in the Nine were you talking about? His eyes lit as he remembered. The shark. The illusion on the boat. But that had been weeks ago. Months! All this time you had been lying in wait, and then orchestrated this torture in retribution? He never would have suspected. For just a moment he looked at you in awe as he considered how much he had underestimated you.

Then his face grew dark, and his voice was low, and just the hint of a wicked smile graced his face. "Oh, little bird, you cannot fathom the trouble you have stepped into." Your smirk matched his. "I'm not afraid of you." "A testament to your ignorance." You merely laughed and returned to your work.

The market went on and Loki assisted you as he normally would. He could bide his time as well.

Am I the only one who's worried abt Rin in PXG? Like it's looking to be an absolutely chaotic team, with Karasu, Zantetsu, Tokimitsu, Nanase and Shidou all in one place, all managed by a 17 yr old. ( lights a candle for loki's sanity). But Rin currently has 7th place in Nel.

Pretty sure bro's going through some stuff, Esp with the last panel we had was of him looking out at the sea deciding to change. Thoughts on Pxg?

I've always thought reddit was not the best place for fandom analysis in comparison to tumblr. But it's the complete opposite for Bllk 😭.

With the exception of you and a few people, everyone in tumblr is either in Character × reader mode( these kids are teenagers..)or Isagi× everyone mode and idk which is worse( Isagi would actually hate how they see him tbh,we see how he treats kaiser when he babifies him). But Reddit surprisingly has great football and character analysis.

Off topic but I just found out Leonardo Luna is 27 and he said THAT line to 16 yr old Rin in the world 5 match.

I know I'm more concerned about Karasu's blood pressure than Rin himself, proper, lmao.

I'm personally not worried about Rin, because of my opinions about what direction Rin's character arc should be heading towards, and I'm of the opinion that Barou's development with Ubers (working together and developing decent relationships with his teammates and mentor) supports my reading of Kaneshiro-sensei's intentions with the story.

PXG is going to be so fun because of who's there. Gonna assume you read my meta, since even the choice of who is in that team serves my guesses of the direction of Rin's greater character arc, that is, he has to learn to communicate with others and develop proper relationships with them to become the best version of himself possible, in service to the narrative's end goal of Japan's World Cup win + Isagi becoming the number one striker.

Tokimitsu - Rin's former teammate whom Rin trusts and has shown concern for Rin before. Nanase and Zantetsu, people who are less good at strategies and tactical gameplay whom Rin will have to communicate his thoughts to, to get them on the same level of understanding. Karasu is one of the few other characters whom we know played for a youth team instead of a school like Rin, and like Shidou, he's also a rival to Rin, with just as good as, or maybe even a better understanding, of game tactics and strategies. Finally Shidou, who Rin has a lot to learn from in figuring out his ego independent of Sae. That Loki is their master is just the icing on the cake for me.

A little bit more on Loki: his overall character seems level-headed, and in the extra materials from the official Blue Lock game he actually gets along all right with Rin, all things considered.

If it helps, Rin won't fall off that easily to the wayside. Anime merch sales may vary (god there are some HIDEOUS merch of him) but he is consistently popular amongst the JP manga reader base, and that's what matters the most, really. Not to mention Rin still has to reconcile with Sae, and if my guesses are correct, defeat the Spanish team (either U20 with a possible rival(s) that defeated Sae, or Spanish team/Real with Luna), while Isagi takes on either U20 France with Loki, or France with Loki + Noa/Bastard with Noa.

If it's not obvious yet, I would really, really like to see Team Japan with Isagi face off against France with Loki + Noa.

asjkl; the series is about football, anon, and tumblr is more USA-oriented in userbase, imo, so it's just generally less popular tumblr-wide as a sport. Also, Blue Lock's premise turned off a lot of traditional sports animanga fans, because the spirit of it, especially in the early stages, is a huge deviation from the usual friendship and team building that has come to define the genre as a whole.

Enthusiastic reddit bros who like football have really come through for readers like me who really does not care much for it (TQ for analyzing the minutiae of character movements in-game + what moves/techniques they use).

Eh, leave fans be. My only beef with characterxreader fans is they wind up clogging up the character tags and don't use the read more, which I especially despise because some of them are stupid long to scroll past. Use the block button liberally if parts of the fandom annoys you, anon, otherwise, just take a break and find something else to fixate on.

I recommend Gekkan Shoujo for a fun time, or for something even more mind-numbingly dumb with all the flanderization of typical anime tropes, Baka to Test. If you like a slightly more serious shoujo fantasy with action/adventure, I would recommend Fushigi Yuugi Genbu Kaiden.

When Luna was first introduced I thought he was around 25. 27 surprised me a bit (I didn't think he was older than Adam lmao), but not much.

Luna's the first person who's said such sus words to Any character in the series, and he was basically the beginning of all the increasingly sexual lines in the manga. Before this, the gayness was more in a pure love kinda way (re: Bachira -> Isagi and Reo -> Nagi -> Reo). He also feeds into why I think Isagirin is the ship to look forward to, because the blatant?? Sexualisation??? Of Rin, of all people, whom Isagi attached the motif of heart to. And I've said this before: most of the other characters get pretty obvious and blatant fanservice scenes, but Rin's is weird.

Peace is a Journey by spontaneite is an amazing Dragon Prince fic with a lot of travel, exploring if the land was actually a normal large size for a continent which means it takes months to do the journey. With practical camping practices, exploration of the worlds religion, leadership, and even espionage, it's incredibly well written and I quite adore it.
