Like so many weeks of work. I know it doesn’t seem like it took me a long time because of the word count but oh my god. This is the cut down version! I have another two scenes I took out!

I normally refuse to talk about my cringe era of literally making up a ship and writing not 1 but 2 oddly specific and niche stories about them—but I think my fic “The Politics of Dancing” is actually one of my best stories. It’s an example of my writing style finally solidifying into place.

Also, @artistanilu always indulges in my rare pair hell, so blame her as I sprint away to safety.
