[🌸] FIRST WEEKS DATING

Since you guys were close friends before you dated mina felt as though you were the perfect person for her to be with and she was the perffect person for you. She knew what you liked and what you didn’t. What turned you on and what creeped you out, but when it came to actually asking you out she felt a lump in her throat. You helped the pink girl calm down and told her to take her time and just say what she had to say, and once she did as such you were beyond shocked yet happy at her words.

Narrative

Izuku yawned and leaned back in his chair, slowly blinking his hooded eyes. He should have gone to bed earlier rather than working on tattoo designs. He had just finished his last customer for the day and wanted to go home. "Midoriya, you want to go to the skate park with us?" Denki asked, nudging Izuku.

Denki and Sero were the piercers; Kirishima worked the front desk; and Izuku, Bakugo, and Shoto were the tattoo artists. Shoto started his tattoo business right out of college.

Izuku rolled his eyes, bent forward, rested his elbows, and considered if he should go. Because what is there to do at home? But smoke the fucking day away. "Ight, I'll go. I ain't got shit else to do." He said, grabbing his cup.

They could hear the irritability in his voice, but to be honest, they agreed because they didn't have shit else to do either.

"Speaking of skating." Sero said, stepping into the waiting area and sitting down on the couch, "How do y'all know those girls? You remember those girls we were at the hotel with?" He asked, smiling at the three boys. Denki and Kirishima stared at the three and wanted to know the answer too.

Bakugo glared at Sero, but Shoto smiled softly, and Izuku remained expressionless. Personally, Izuku had mixed thoughts about seeing Nadia again. He was pissed that, after all these years, she had decided to return now.

But another part of him was scared because he's not the same Izuku he was when they were kids—definitely not the same person he was when he was in high school. He's been through a lot of shit. And he doesn't have time to open back up to a person who's just going to do him dirty anyway.

"We grew up together. We were best friends. More than that, if I'm being honest." Shoto told them, smiling and crossing his arms. Denki smiled widely as Bakugo huffed and frowned at his phone. Katsuki was not gon front; seeing Nisha for the first time again was a shock. But she looked really good. Katsuki had no confused feelings; he wanted her, and he was going to get her.

Shoto felt the same way. That night, Deja and Shoto talked all night, simply catching up. When he thinks about how stunning she is, heat rises in his cheeks. All of his old feelings returned, and he really needed her. He craved her.

"Damn, that's wild; all y'all childhood lady friends just turn up like that, and I can't even find a loyal girl?" Denki frowned. They wrinkled their faces up and sighed, "Here he goes again."

"Mf you would get a girlfriend if you'd stop dating hoes." Bakugo muttered, rolling his eyes as he looked back at his phone.

Denki smacked his teeth. "Fuck you, Kacchan." Denki glared at him. Bakugo grinned and laughed, flipping him off.

"Anyway, guess what I heard?" Kirishima said, standing up excitedly. "What you hear?" Denki asked, opening a bag of candies while sitting on the couch next to Sero.

"There's a competition for skaters to compete, and the prize money is $100,000." Everyone gazed at him, surprised at the news.

They carefully considered the advantages and disadvantages of competing before deciding to go ahead with it.

"We can invite the girls too. They also skate, so they'll definitely want to go." Sero replied, grinning.

The three remained silent as Sero and Denki laughed loudly.

A/N: I’m gonna try and keep this as vague as possible so that any indigenous poc who reads it can feel like they can insert themselves in the reader's perspective and not feel boxed in.

Ashido Mina

Mina stays absolutely fascinated by you and your culture. The first time she saw you, she instantly wanted to be your friend. Although you were a bit standoffish at first, once you did open up to the pink haired girl, the two of you were seen together all the time.

She’s exceptionally respectful and curious of your culture, and asks you questions about it all the time. Then she goes back to her friends and relays the cool facts she learned from you.

She absolutely melts when you speak in your native tongue, even if it isn't directed to her. The first time she heard it was when you crashed at her place after a bad fallout with a friend, and you were explaining the situation to your mom who wasn’t fluent in English at the time. The way your voice lowered an octave, alongside a hint of raspiness, had her knees weak like SWV.

She’ll ask you to sing to her in your native language, or to whisper sweet things to her to help her fall asleep. She’ll also ask you to teach her a couple of words, more than likely pet names, so that she has something cute and romantic to call you.

She'll definitely wanna recreate some of the traditional paintings that hang in your room. It's one of your first dates, actually, and one of the first instances that you fell for her because of her appreciation for your origins.

Uraraka Ochako

Like Mina, Ochako absolutely adores your origins and is enrapture by stories of your homeland, the ones passed down to you by your parents, your spiritual practices, and most importantly, your food.

One of the factors that played in you two actually getting together was her being introduced to your cooking. It was very different from Japanese food, with bursts of flavors she had never thought were possible. Since you could tell how much she liked your food, you promised that you’d make sure to keep her nice and full with your cooking.

She’s also a very curious one, who asks numerous questions with a lovestruck, doe eyed look on her face. She really finds the ceremonial attire of your culture very interesting. You’ve had to to scold her multiple times for putting on fragile family heirlooms because if not handled properly, they could untie and break.

If you're struggling with your self esteem, Ochako is your biggest supporter. She takes secret pictures of you because you’re so photogenic, and constantly tells you she loves the most niche parts of you, like your nose, your lips, etc. She’s a real help to your confidence.

Jirou Kyoka

Jirou is a musician by heart, and is always on the look for inspiration for new melodies and songs. Therefore its only natural that the way you’d connect is when she hears you playing some music that is reflective of your culture.

She likes to chill at your place a lot, especially since you're playing some kind of music all the time.

Like the previous two, she’s curious about your homeland and why you decided to even come to japan in the first place. However, she’s more likely to slip it in subtly and isn’t as pushy about getting answers. You’ll open up in your own time with her.

Like Mina, Jirou loves your voice when you speak in your native tongue. The first time she heard it, was when she was playing with her acoustic guitar at your place and you started mumbling some words to the melody. She won’t let it show as much, though, cuz she’ll get embarrassed at how easily she folds at your voice.

Your family adores her, even though she’s kind of quiet whenever you’re on the phone with them. Jirou still gets shocked whenever your mom asks about her in english, using a cheeky nickname that's only common in your language. Though your practices and behaviors are foreign to her, Jirou feels right at home with your family.

How I think Bakusquad! reacts to getting gifts randomly!

Charaters: Bakugou, Kirishima, Denki, Mina and Sero.

Bakugou would honestly just stare at you wide eyed for like a mintute then he would finally blush a little bit and just walk off with it. While you're just standing there confused as hell he'll send you a messege like"thanks for the gift i guess it was cool" when deep down we all know he loved it.

Kirishima would instanly give you a bear hug while sreaming how manly you are and would fill your face with kisses. He would lowkey feel bad for not getting you anything so would run to the stre to quickly find something for you. He would also take you on a date just to show his gradtitude. He would say something like"OMG BABE YOU DIDN'T HAVE TO DO THIS OMG I LOVE YOU SO MUCH AND YOU'RE SO MANLY".

Denki would just yell random words for like 3 mintutes and when he would finally calm down he would just keep looking at you and the gift and would just be clingy the whole day(in a good way tho). He would not let you go unless he had to and later that day ya'll went to his hous to watch a ton of movies with a ton of snacks. He would slowly fall asleep in your arms while saying"thanks for the gift I love you so much babe".

Mina would surprissingly have one for you as well and wouldn't even know about your plan to give her one. The moment she actually sees the gift she completely forgets about yours that is until you asked about it. The whole day the two of you go to a ton of stores and have a sleepover. You stay up till around 3:00 am until you crashed on your bed. She gave you little pecks all over your face until you fully fell asleep and put you under the cover while saying sweet nothings into your ear.

Sero would show whatever you got off to the whole class no matter what you got him. It could be something as small as some candy and he'll be like"look what they got me wish this was you huh😏)." After school he'll quickly go to get you something without you noticing.He would take you somewhere to eat and that's when he'll what he showed you. As your eyes wided in surprise and you kept asking questions on when and where he got the gift he just looked at you like👁️👄👁️ until you noticed and finally stopped talking(love you tho) and ya'll spend the rest of the day going to places like the arcade and the park. When it was night time he took a shower and when he came out and saw you sleeping he tried his hardest to keep quiet which sorta works with you moving just a little. He whispers calming words into your ears as he falls asleep aswell.

We got out of the car, and the boys got out confused. "Didn't you say we'd go skating? This is the side of the highway." Denki shook his head nervously. I chuckled and said, "Yes, this is the spot. Are you afraid, sir?" I asked. "I ain't scared of nothing." He scoffed, puffing his chest out.

"Just like you weren't scared over that fence you tripped over last week." Sero said, cackling. which caused Denki to buck at him. "Shut up; that was a tall ass fence." Denki said, grabbing his board from the back seat and walking to the front of the car.

Reya rolled her eyes. "Enough with the chit-chat. Let's get started, Jay. Get the camera ready. And this time, Deja, you're skating! So get the hell out of the car." Deja groaned, stepping out of the car and grabbing her board.

I sensed a presence near me and turned around to see Izuku. He removed his hoodie to display his tatted arms covered in scars. He looked so good. He was really built; he lifted his shirt a little, and I saw a glimpse of his rock abs. Heat rose to my cheeks; I would give anything and run my fingers down his chest. His hair was the same curly afro, but he had a beanie on with it hovering over his eyes a little. He must have felt me staring if he looked my way, and I quickly looked the other way, but I know he saw me.

I heard him chuckle. And out of the corner of my eye, I saw him checking me out, which caused me to fidget in my spot. I just know he's had plenty of females feel like this. And for some reason, that upset me. My childhood crush on him was coming back, and it honestly made me sad because the thought of him fucking other girls makes me mad because we were each other's first love.

Not that I expected him to wait to see me again; apart from that, I just wished I was his first everything. And I think back to the scars on his arms—how did he get those? He has tattoos and piercings; he looks like a fuckboy, not gonna lie. What happened to my bubba?

"Wait, who is going to drive the car?" I said. "Nisha is going to do that." Said Reya. "Why can't I do that and Nisha skate?" Deja grumbled. Reya gave her an irritated glare and said, "You haven't skated yet; Nisha has. Stop the whining and come on." Picking up her board, Deja said a stream of curse words.

"Get the camera, Jay." I said, and I looked around at everyone else who appeared to be ready, as well as Denki, who looked to be scared. "What if we get arrested, dude?" He said, all jittery.

"Hey! Shut the fuck up. Don't worry about that." Reya yelled at him. "Jesus, you're worse than Kacchan." Denki said, making a stank face. "Shut the hell up, Sparky." Said Bakugo. "Don't tell me to shut up; I'm sorry that I'm afraid of getting arrested." Denki said, with a twisted face. I was honestly getting irritated by the back and forth.

"Can all y'all shut the fuck up? We wasting gas sitting here." Nisha yelled, from outside the car. I chuckled, her yelling caused Bakugo to growl because Nisha told him to shut up. "Like you, ok, Pitbull? Damn."

Reya was the first to go, then it was me and everyone else. Jay rolled on the other side of me and started recording. This is what I loved about skating—is it reckless? Yes, and that's what makes it so freeing. I leaned my body to the side. I went along the curve of the road, sticking out my arms with the biggest smile on my face.

Watching the sunset was so beautiful; these are the moments I enjoyed the most. I looked to the side and looked at Izuku. He took off his beanie, and the wind blew through his curls. He turned and looked at me, but had a stotic expression on his face and was quickly looking away with his cheeks red. Did I make him blush?

I smiled a little and looked behind me to look at Deja and Shoto close beside each other; she was actually doing really well. Shoto stuck his hand out and grazed it against Deja's leg, causing her to smile softly.

I turned back to the front to see Denki, Sero, and Kirishima in front. And for someone who was so scared, Denki is actually an amazing skater. I looked back at the side of me to see Jay still recording all of us. The highway was coming to an exit, and we were going to be back on the street soon.

We rolled back onto the street, passing all the stores and people. Hearing sirens, we looked behind us and saw cops. Denki and Sero were freaking out as I cursed beneath my breath. "Relax! And just move to the side." We all shifted to the side to watch if the officers would pass us or not.

And, thankfully, they passed us by, and I rolled my eyes at how upset they were about nothing. It was growing dark, and I was starving, so I stood up to call Reya. "Hey! Let's call it a night." She nodded and signaled for Nisha to pull over.

We all got off the boards and walked up to the side of the car. "Bro, that was sick. But I'm hungry as hell. I'm ready to go back to the hotel." I said. They nodded, agreeing, "Y'all can come back with us. Because I know y'all are hungry too." I said.

Denki and Sero smiled, liking that idea, but Shoto and Kirishima frowned. "We wouldn't want to intrude." Said Kirishima, and I shook my head. "Oh, nah, y'all good. We invited y'all, so we'll feed you guys too. Plus, we can still hang. Y'all smoke?" They nodded, and we motioned for them to get in the car. "Come on then, we're going to smoke, eat, and chill." I said. We all got back into the car and headed back to our hotel.

I felt a hand on my thigh, squeezing it. I looked down to see a scarred hand and then out the window to see Izuku smirking as if he had no idea what he was doing.

I brushed his hand off casually, and a slight grin went on my face. Just because I haven't seen you since we were kids and you see me now, sir, doesn't mean you'll get pussycat. You're going to have to work for me, especially since I know he's got hoes. And I'm not going to be one of them.

Turning to look into his eyes and smiling, I grabbed his chin and leaned in close. "You gotta work for this, bubba." I let go of his chin and glanced back ahead, smiling to myself, causing his cheeks to flush.
