OMG two of my favourite podcasts just collided with a cross over episode! Fantasies do come true!

Absolutely loving the amazing episode of Midnight Burger and The Amelia Project. These are two beautifully written fictional shows with so much love, laughter, diversity, queer representation, heartbreaking love stories, and quirky science fiction.

Happy Birthday David!

When I say he changed my life I mean it. I will never get out of the affection I feel for him nor will I ever forget him. He is my idol. He is the reason I still believe that dreams can come true and I shouldn't give up on them. He showed me that if you do what you have to and you're kind, you can achieve anything. I try to live by that.

The Wright brothers were labeled as mere 'dreamers' when they envisioned a new way for people to travel, apart from trains or buses. Whatever your dream or idea may be, pursue it. One day, you'll look back and be glad you didn't succumb to societal pressure.

Dead in the Water...

is how I've felt for around a decade. The abuse that led to PTSD, my multiple diagnoses that kept me frozen, giving up my heart to give it a better chance. I gave up on all my dreams from my childhood, adolescence, and beyond.

But now....

almost every dream I thought was dead, has been breathed into life once more. I'm hopeful, ecstatic, and terrified.

Can I do it? Will I make it?... I have no damn clue. But I actually have the chance to try. And that's more than I've had this past literal DECADE.

And now that there's life in these dreams again, I'm going to fight, with absolutely everything in me, to make sure it happens.

This is going to kill me, or make me. And I'm sure not going to let it kill me.

Sometimes patience works out. Even when you don't know that you're being patient, until you're given the opportunity that you've always been waiting for.

I'm going to fight for this. I'm going to do this. And the people around me who has pitied me, judged me, and even hated me are going to eat their words and opinions. I'm going to shut them up with what I'm going to achieve.

Whatever it is in your life, whatever dreams you may have had, fight for them when you get the chance. Let's do this together. You don't know my dreams, and I don't know yours. But we can do this. So let's gooooo.
