Let's talk about #Headaches! They are unpleasant to say the least. But it's something that affects my family and myself. The level of pain and cause of dis-ease in the head (crown chakra), may vary from person to person. There are many types of headaches some even chronic - Migraine, Tension, Cluster, Sinusitis, Overuse, Head injury, Horomones, Stress and much more. Since being attuned to Reiki and doing regular self healing treatments, I have had less headaches. When I do get a headache, I give myself Reiki and the pain soon eases.
