X-men 97 spoilers: Charles's will

Just so we're clear, Charles left his entire family and estate to his arch nemesis-lover. Instead of the Scott, who was prepared to be leader.

And then the following happened:

Ororo lost her power because Magneto wanted them to go to the UN. She then left

Scott and Jean's baby got green shit on him and had to be sent to the future

Bishop left because of above

Gambit got third-wheeled ("they on patrol")

Bunch of mutants on Genosha die

Magneto died

Gambit died

And all while Charles was just getting a boo

Like, what did Charles think would happen?

Just to make a few things clear on some of these entries:

-Yes, obviously I expect Storm is probably gonna crush this, that is, if the Tournament of X was anything to go by, but I figured it was only fair to show that rather than assume it.

-I don't think Cable's ever led the core team, but he's one of the definitive leaders of X-Force.

-I wasn't 100% sure who to go with from among the New Mutants' leaders, but in the end I just like Dani best, so she gets the nod over Karma or Cannonball.

-Betsy's on here as the leader of Excalibur, Knights of X, and (Kinda) the Captain Britain Corps. I was honesy surprised to find myself including her, but here she is.

Looking for reference images and I just... I need these on my blog.

I love this so much. Of fucking course Cable's BFG has two grenade launchers mounted to it. He's got a third launcher strapped to his thigh. The time traveler's gun is pieced together with parts from across multiple decades. The prop department understood the assignment so perfectly.
