I’m still hanging out in The 100 universe! This time, it’s a S5 ending fix-it (sorta…). Guess who wakes up on Eligius early, with nothing but time and some serious issues they need to work through? We’re basically dealing with the aftermath of S5 and where the hell Bellamy & Clarke go now. (C’mon, they have years alone together on an empty ship. Sexy time shenanigans and more than a few adorable consequences of their actions will be happening. I can’t help that I’m Bellarke Baby Trash, okay?)

I tried something a little different with this story. The first half is written from Bellamy’s POV. The second half is video logs like Monty made chronicling their time onboard & how their lives change during the years they’re awake (again, adorable consequences of sexy times…). I am begging, pleading, asking with all my heart, that you leave comments or kudos so I know people are still hanging out in the fandom, reading whatever work is out there. Clarke was so exhausted it was beyond her how she was still able to stay upright and walk to her apartment. These 72-hour shifts would be the death of her. She was almost positive. They made her question why she wanted to be a doctor in the first place. Her keys are already out as she starts to round the last corner to her townhome. She is practically in her front yard when she comes around the bend and comes face to face with a brunette on a bike. Clarke gasps and dives out of the way in hopes to miss the collision. The woman attempts to slam on her brakes but ends up tumbling over the handlebars. Her deep blue eyes watch in slow motion horror as the woman goes airborne and crashes hard onto the cement.

It ain’t much, but my muses have allowed me to write a little something. The start of a Bellarke season 4/5 divergence.

The wind is roaring, whipping at his radiation suit so hard he’s afraid it’ll tear, but Bellamy can barely hear it over the drumming of his own heartbeat. He sprints down the hill, praying he doesn’t trip, praying he’s fast enough, praying, praying, praying harder than he ever has, to a god he isn’t sure even exists, but right now Bellamy will do anything as long as he’s fast enough.

The tower is right ahead of him now. He sees Clarke, a small orange dot at the top, battered by the wind. Bellamy looks to his left. His blood runs cold as he sees a cloud of smoke rapidly approaching. Praimfaya. It’s almost here.

He reaches the base of the tower and he climbs, he climbs with everything he’s worth. Clarke doesn’t know he’s here; she’s still adjusting the satellites, trying to get them to connect to the Ring. She thinks he’s safe in the ship with Raven and the others, but he couldn’t get inside, not without Clarke. He can’t lose Clarke.

Rewatching the 100 and it's like my heart is breaking all over again. All Bellamy asked was for the people he loved and trusted most in the world to believe in him. That's it. Can you imagine standing in front of your family and closest friends, simply asking them to believe in you and no one does? I want to cry all over again because that right there was the greatest injustice of all. He died thinking that the people he loved the most in the world hated him, never trusted him, and because he's Bellamy Blake (always searching for redemption, self-deprecating, all heart and leaps of faith) he probably died believing they had every right to feel that way, to turn their backs on him.

He was right about transcendence and everyone else got to enjoy his HEA but him? Fuck that. Fuck them. Fuck JRoth.

I'm livid. Time to go write fanfic to settle this rage.

fuck yeah!!! in fairness i think ouat was a pretty standard stop on the mid-2010s migratory lesbian fandom trail (though i actually stopped after season... 2? whenever they get back from neverland. and then kept up Entirely thru fanfiction so im excited to see how accurate my knowledge is (i think fairly? i trust coalitiongirl with my life and also to keep me up with the times).

i simply love shitty supernatural tv shows (lowercase, though i Have seen the first 5 seasons of spn uhh. 3+ times). lost girl & wh13 were also up there though none of them have the Drama of regina and emma. i missed teen wolf bc there are simply too many men in there. t100 was the last time watched a show as it was airing though lol now i mostly wait for them to be done so they can't disappoint me.

though i am catching up on YJ rn & also watched the first season of wednesday twice in a week so. we shall see.

Idk man I shipped b*llarke for a reeeallly long time and then i kind of went into the braven tag out of curiosity and ended up loving them. i think my fave ep was either the one where they slept together or the s4 finale when raven promised to be by his side for always.

Have you ever read a FanFiction about 2? Yep, definitely, I have 200 KC fics bookmarked on ao3 and a lot of the fic I read in general is about them.

Has a picture of 4 ever been your screen saver/profile picture/tumblr avatar? Um, nope. At least, not of Klaus and Cami together, but I was using a cami icon for my blog temporarily.

If 7 were to suddenly break up today, what would your reaction be? Oh they already did and I haven’t gotten to that ep of Gilmore Girls but i’m fully prepared to be emotionally destroyed by it :’D

Why is 1 so important? Uhm because they are absolutely everything, all the tropes rolled into one beautiful package. Because their personalities are so strong and well thought out and they complement each other, they make each other better, their story is integral to the plot of legacies, they’re absolutely perfect, they belong together, and they just can’t quit each other lol. Enemies to frenemies to best friends to back to enemies to sirebonded lovers for the win y’all!

Is 9 a funny ship or a serious ship? Uhm they have like very little canon interactions and scenes together, so maybe a funny ship I guess. Especially because Clove is such a fierce and violent little thing, and she can be aggressive and heated in the moment but I also think she’s very cool and calculating when her rage isn’t getting the better of her, but unfortunately my wonderful girl is practically just a joke character at this point, and fandom dislikes her a looot. Like it’s been years and she was such a minor character, as was Cato so there’s not a lot of content for them at this point. :p

Out of all of your ships listed, which ship has the most chemistry? Either rellamy or klaroline.

Out of all of the ships, which ship has the strongest bond? Uhh, I can’t decide between rellamy or villadero. Rellamy have been through so much together, have been partners, friends, co-leaders, and have a wonderful relationship based on mutual respect and adoration. I think they’re each other’s ride or die and the circumstances of t100 definitely made that more intense. But also villadero have also been through a lot together, just in a different way from rellamy, more telenovella style ;) especially considering michael’s death and resurrection lol. And they are best friends, they speak highly of each other, they love and trust each other, and wanted to spend the rest of their lives together... You can see how it would be hard to choose lmao.

How many times have you read/watched 10′s fandom? I’ve only watched JTV once, I wasn’t interesting in a rewatch right now, but the relationship between the Villanueva women and the emphasis on family as well as romantic love kind of made it a comfort show for me, so I might rewatch it at some point!

Which ship has lasted the longest? Uhm I counted and six of these pairings have at least one or both dead characters (does villadero count??? idk) and a lot of them broke up at some point (rellamy was never together unfortunately :p) and then there’s rogan who had a breakup, infidelity, pregnancy, and ambiguous ending... as well as hizzie who haven’t gotten together and whose story is still unfolding (RENEW LEGACIES!!!!!). i’m just going to say jurdan because cardan is immortal and they’re both alive?? i guess???? idk.

How many times, if ever, has 6 broken up? THEY WERE NEVER EVEN TOGETHER THE WRITERS DIDN’T GIVE THEM A FAIR CHANCE, JUST A STOLEN KISS AND A ONE NIGHT STAND (*sobs*).

If the world was suddenly thrust into a zombie apocalypse, which ship would make it out alive, 2 or 8? LMAO this is a good one because klaroline are literally immortal vampires and klaus is the original hybrid... but also jurdan have a fair amount of healthy survival instinct, combat skills, and general badassery (jude more than cardan), and there’s the fact that cardan’s immortal... i’ll just say KC because they would legit just be chilling in klaus’s mansion or in paris somewhere, not getting their brains eaten (they’re too dead for that! XD).

Did 7 ever have to hide their relationship for any reason? Not that i know of? at least not on gilmore girls, in the spinoff they did have to hide because they were cheating on odette *sighs as yet again another ship of mine is ruined by infidelity*

Is 4 still together? No because they’re both dead :’( maybe they’re together in the afterlife tho!

Is 10 canon? Yes but unfortunately not endgame :/

If all ships were put into a couple’s Hunger Games, which pair would win? Uhhh clato didn’t win in their hunger games so as much as I love my two violent babies I don’t think these two teenagers would win especially with the rest of these couples as competition... villadero would be out immediately because jane hates camping and she much prefers her romance novels to violence and gore, and while michael is a cop and would have some physical duress, probably?? i don’t think he stands a chance against the others. I feel bad not giving Cami the credit she deserves but she’s a pretty unexperienced vamp especially in physical combat so she’s out... raven has her mental durability/genius and both she and bellamy have physical strength and combat capabilities but I don’t think Raven building bombs will work against Klaus or Caroline lmao. I think forwood are the star crossed lovers and would make a good team, given Tyler’s werewolf senses and Caroline’s enhanced power as a vampire but Tyler might not survive... no one’s going to overpower the original hybrid, not even jurdan, so i think either KC, or CK if klaus can keep cami from being killed (which yes she can handle herself my wonderful independent bb but I don’t think she’d survive Raven mf Reyes), would win.

Has anybody ever tried to sabotage 5′s ship? Uhm does Klaus count? Because he didn’t seem to keen on interfering since he had his own problems to deal with in NOLA and seemed happy that caroline and stefan were happy together... IDK i haven’t watched past s4 but i think a lot of obstacles came in SC’s way in s6? was it someone named cade? and also wasn’t alaric into caroline too? (ew gross go d*e you pedophilic old man jfc)

Setting: Peaceful Arkadia AU

Warnings: Panic attacks, hanging mention, therapy mention.

Murphy can’t breathe.

This isn’t new for him by any means, he has this problem all the time. Usually, because something triggers it, like really loud noises, crowds, or even multiple people chanting something, even if it’s innocently.

Though, it’s never happened with Jackson. Not when he calmly places a hand on his shoulder as he passes, to let him know he’s there. It’s never happened before, but He supposes he shouldn’t be that surprised when his hand went a bit closer to his neck than he wanted.

“Jo-” Jackson stops himself, he’s still trying to re-learn how Murphy likes to be referred to, “Murphy? Are you alright?” Jackson asks, taking his hand away from Murphy’s shoulder. They’re in Jacksons’ office since Murphy came in to get medicine for a patient out in the main medbay. Murphy turns from him and tries to take a deep breath, trying to calm himself.

“There’s no danger,r you’re fine.” He whispers under his breath, and Jackson steps back a bit more, knowing his presence could make it harder for the man to calm down. He knows how panic attacks and everything else works. Murphy seems like the guy who needs space during these times.

“You’re right. There’s no danger here.” Jackson speaks up, and Murphy turns to him, his eyes a bit teary, and his breath still coming in short bursts.

“Sorry, I-” Murphy says before Jackson calmly raises a hand.

“Don’t be, it’s okay. I take no offense.” Jackson says, grabbing some water from the corner. Jackson turns around and it’s obvious Murphy is still on edge. He slowly hands him the water, and Murphy grabs it with a shaky hand. “How about we sit?” Jackson asks, gesturing towards the seats Murphy nods and quickly takes a seat, his feet coming up under him, so he’s sitting with his legs crossed on the chair. Jackson smiles and sits so his legs are over the arm of the chair, and his head is on the other one.

“Sorry, I usually don’t have a problem,” Murphy says, looking down, and deep down he knows that’s a lie. He does have a problem, just not around others.

“Do you want to talk about it?” Jackson asks, moving so he’s sitting more professionally. Murphy scoffs and looks down at his water.

“You gonna give me a therapy session, doc?” Murphy sass’ his voice coming out guarded. Jackson chooses his words carefully. He knows depending on what he does, he could either get Murphy to lock up completely, or he could get him to open up. “Because I don’t need therapy.”

“Who says I’m asking as a Dcotor?” Jackson says, and Murphy peeks up at him. “I’m asking as a friend, Murphy,” Jackson says, and he sees he made the right choice when Murphy untucks his legs and leans back in the chair, looking at him. He takes a sip of his water and sighs softly.

“I-” Murphy starts, then clears his throat. “I have a hard time with people being near my neck. Your hand just got a bit close.” Murphy says softly, Jackson watches him for a second, seeing if he’ll say anything before speaking up.

“And why is that?” Jackson asks, and Murphy looks at him in surprise.

“You don’t know?” Murphy asks, and Jackson shakes his head, confused at why he should. “Soon after we got down here, the others thought I killed Wells,” Murphy says, his voice dropping to a whisper. He looks to the side and to the ground, and Jackson listens to him intently.

“Murphy, what happened?” Jackson asks, his tone serious but calm. Murphy looks up at him then and licks his lips.

“They hung me.” He says, and Jackson looks at him in shock. “They hung me before the person who did it spoke up… Then They cut me down and I-” Murphy hesitates, “I went after her.”

“Who did this?” Jackson asks, his voice hurt. Murphy sighs softly and shakes his head.

“It doesn’t matter anymore. I forgive them, it’s fine.” Murphy says, shrugging.

“You forgive them?” Jackson asks, confused on why.

“I mean yeah. I wasn’t the best guy. And they thought I killed a guy.” Murphy says shrugging.

“But you didn’t,” Jackson asks-well more states. Murphy nods. “Then you didn’t deserve it,” Jackson says.

“Yeah, well. I did some bad stuff after. We all make mistakes, and that was theirs.” Murphy says, shrugging. “I forgive them as much as I can. I still hold the trauma, and the pain, but they did what they thought was right, and I can’t fault them for it.” Murphy says, his voice coming out as if he’s sure of himself.

“That’s big.” Jackson says, “You forgiving people is the first step to getting better, and since you already forgive them, that’s just another step in the right direction.” Jackson says, and Murphy nods. He’s calmed down now, Jackson notices.

“This seems an awful lot like a Therapy session.” Murphy snarks and Jackson smiles.

“No, because if it were a Therapy Session, then we would have had to plan it, I’d have had you fill out paperwork, and then we would have to-”

“Okay okay, I get it, Not a therapy session,” Murphy says, interrupting Jackson. They both smile at each other for a moment, before Murphy breathes out deeply. “Y’know I think that actually helped.”

“I’m glad,” Jackson says.

Murphy leaves the office and goes back to his job. And when he goes back the next day, he doesn’t sit back down, and they definitely don’t talk more. Murphy definitely doesn’t talk to him about his childhood, and his mom or dad, and he definitely doesn’t talk about starting the fire that got him locked up. Because if he did, then that might be therapy. And Murphy doesn’t need therapy. Definitely not.

You tell us! This collection is open to anyone writing a canon-based story primarily about the romantic Raven/Murphy pairing in The 100 TV Show Fandom - side ships are fine, but Murven should be the main focus. You may add your story to this collection at any time - when you start it or when you complete it. If you have an older, already published story that fits into the guidelines and you'd like to add it, please do! Your story should have some kind of premise about an event or plot or scene or dialogue in canon CHANGING - for example, what if Murphy never went to the desert with Jaha in s2? What if Raven never took the COL chip in s3? What if Raven came down on the Dropship originally? What if Murphy didn't leave Raven behind in Becca's lab? This collection will remain open & unmoderated.
