hi! I love your vintage graphic novel art- what program do you use, and brushes and such, for things like your latest piece?

hey, thank you! I draw with adobe photoshop.

I’m a texture girly, so I usually just use kyle t. webster’s charcoal brush set (it’s free if you have an adobe subscription). specifically, I like using the charcoal pencil variant for line art/colors and the vine charcoal 2 for shading.

as for the paper texture, I use the kraft paper texture brush that comes in the texture true grit supply free sample pack (you can get the pack here, they have assets for multiple softwares).
