I'm still here
Sorry guys, I haven't been around in forever. I'm currently in Argentina and unable to post on a regular basis, but I should get back to posting on January 10th or so.
Well, I've been eating like a pig. I'm pretty sure I've gained those 5 pounds back which is heartbreaking. Tomorrow I'm going to try reducing my intake to at least 1000. I feel terrible. Someone cheer me up please!

Breakfast: 1/4th of a bagel [52.5], half of a banana [50].
Lunch: Grapes [50]
Exercise: -202 from 2 miles on the treadmill, and then a bunch of sit ups, crunches, bicycle crunches, leg raises, push ups, planks, squats, and lunges. 
Dinner: 1 clementine [40], 5 shots of vodka [300], slice of whole wheat toast [45]
However, I threw up the clementine and most of the alcohol, leaving me at a net total of probably around 190 or so. It was an alright day. I also engaged in very vigorous..uh..night time activities with a sexy guy which probably burned quite a few calories ;)
Well I'm exhausted, I'll update tomorrow!

I don’t eat, I feel like shit. No energy, tired, my stomach hurts. But I eat, and I feel shittier. Nauseous, disgusting, piggish. I’d rather feel like shit than shittier, so I don’t eat.

Update! So I had a 175 cal dinner, it consisted of some yummy crackers [60], an egg [70], cream cheese [35], and salsa [10], and I posted a picture of it!
I'm ending the night totally stuffed, with a total food intake of 576, minus 421 from working out, and 155 net total. I went a bit over the top but I think that all and all it was a pretty good day!

My dinner! I went a little crazy because my lunch and breakfast consisted of tea, water, a banana, and an orange. 
I used a hard-boiled egg [70], 5 crackers [60], 2 tbsp of salsa [10], and a laughing cow light creamy swiss wedge [35], bringing me to a total of 175 calories. It's delicious and filling, I definitely suggest trying it.

Today has been amazing!
Breakfast: Banana [100], orange [80], tea [0]
Lunch: Water [0]
Exercise: -430 from a combination of the elliptical and treadmill, and I did a lot of core exercises. 
I weighed myself for the first time in a while, and I lost about 4lbs from when I last checked which was a week or two ago! Which is amazing for me because I only started restricting calories and exercising daily a week ago :) I've gone from 133 to 129.7, but I had a lot of water in my system, so I'm assuming my real weight is 128 or 129! Hurray! I'm hoping to lose at least 4 lbs more by next monday, which will hopefully put me at 125 or 124! I'm also starting to see some definition! I'm so excited. 
I'm at a net of -225 right now, and I'll probably have a hard-boiled egg and some snacks for dinner. Hopefully I'll end the night with a net of 300 or so.

The Bracelet Project. Each disorder has a color that corresponds to it. Schizophrenia is Gold Bipolar/mood disorder is Silver Anorexia is Red. Bulimia is Purple. EDNOS is Pink. Depression is blue. Self harm is Orange or Black. Fasting at the time is Green. Suicidal is Yellow. Overweight/Obese is Turquoise. Anxiety/Panic disorder/OCD is Teal. Adding 1 white bead means you’re trying to recover. If your bracelet is half of the color that your disease is and half white it means you’re in recovery. You can also make the strand the main disorder you have then add beads to your lesser disorders, or if you have EDNOS, if you have more anorexic or bulimic tendencies then you can add a red or purple bead. If you see a girl in public wearing one, you are supposed to make eye contact and point to your bracelet. If she nods then you know she is part of the bracelet project. Spread awareness about the bracelet project.
