I've finished dead boy detectives, and although the core four is fantastic, it was kinda made great by its villains. Every time they would say something, my empathy would disappear, and I'd have to sit and pause for a minute. Like I'm in the last episode about to have a nervous breakdown, and then Esther just goes, "Shoot. Or, as the French say, merde. 🤪"

One of my (and I'm sure everyone else's) favorite things about aftg is the way that it portrays the upperclassmen's kindness to and patience with Neil over the course of the series. Literally, my favorite scene from the books is Matt and Dan helping Neil rearrange his classes because it's so human and true to life. They protect him from himself in the smallest way possible because they want him safe and to do well in the long run.

I'm not too far into tsc, but I'm pretty sure Jean says that most of the people involved in his assults already graduated. Jean was violated by the people who were meant to be his biggest cheerleaders, and my gosh, that's gut-wrenching.

Jag must be the winner of bb25 because he is bb25 personified. He is a liar and backstabber, just like every person in the house, and he's a hypocrite and a little self involved and childish like every fandom that formed outside of the house. His highs were high, and his lows were extremely incredibly terribly low. His win would be something interesting and different, just like so many things about this season. He is this seasons cockroach and seems like he will be around forever, just like the season. But most importantly, he has been an active participant in the experience and made several moves, whether good or bad, which is more than I can say for Matt and Bowie Jane.
