I will be the first to admit that at times I suffer with my demons and I am one to keep them to myself as no one wants to listen to your woe is me tales. Social media can be a magnifier to these problems when you find yourself comparing your account to others that are flourishing and you ask yourself what am I doing wrong? When you gain a couple of followers but lose double the amount you gained. I am then criticising and comparing and wondering why are others storming ahead whilst I am standing still. I need to stop comparing!! *H A P P Y  S U N D A Y* Perfect day for a lovely jog! The sun is out. I used to run as I wanted to challenge myself to see if I could do it. I only managed to get up to 6k and I really struggled with it, so much so I ended up having to have physio. This made me stop it altogether. I now tend to just walk my dog for miles instead.
