anthy and utena are so funny because they bully each other for fun on occasion. one of the grandest most romantic couples of all time but also they are so unepic and clumsy together and mentally attacking and countering each other in silly ways like looney tunes characters or like little cats play fighting each other. anthy is tricking utena into looking silly by getting onto all fours like a cat. utena’s saying “wow akio you’re actually good at cooking. clearly that doesn’t run in the family” and anthy’s going “thanks so much!!! <3″ and utena’s saying “no, i’m insulting you”. utena’s passive aggressively hinting It says here in this blood type booklet that you should open up more to other people & anthy’s like Well it says here that you’re self centered and jump to conclusions and utena’s like HEY. utena’s asking if the planetarium projector is anthy’s brother because she thinks anthy’s weird enough that it possibly could be the brother anthy’d been referring to all along and anthy’s going “No, that’s a planetarium projector. <3″. this makes them happy. if you separate them they will long for each other terribly

Ok so today I was on the bus with another trans guy and we were talking about how hard it is to get testosterone. The waiting lists, the price, all the doctors you have to go to, that kind of stuff. Except, we were calling it ’T’, like you do when you’re both closeted and in public.

Then suddenly the elderly lady sitting behind us was like ‘young men, either I’m going crazy or you both have never heard of supermarkets, they have shelves full of tea there! Do you need directions to one?’

To which my buddy starts to explain, because why not. ‘Well you see, we’re both trans, and… ’

The lady didn’t wait for him to finish his sentence. ‘Oh no, I don’t mind that at all! Now do you want to know how to get to a place that sells tea? I’m actually heading there right now!’

We let her take us to the supermarket. We let her show us, excitedly, where the tea was. We both bought loads.

gideon and gideon are different characters

gideon and kiriona are the same character

gideon and pyrrha are different characters but in the same body (gideon's)

gideon is dead now so now the body is just pyrrha's

gideon is also dead, but not really? but also definitely

palamedes and camilla are two different characters who alternated between the same body (camilla's) for a while after palamedes died

now cam and pal have become one character named just paul. that's paul's body now.

harrow and alecto switched bodies for a while but it's ok they got better

alecto and nona are the same character

nona was in harrow's body but then she died kind of

alecto and the planet earth are the same character

dulcinea and cytherea are NOT the same character, but cytherea pretended to be dulcinea for a while (dulcinea was dead the whole time)

there are two different characters called teacher. one of them is god

god is actually named john but we all call him jod (to avoid confusion)

god isn't actually god

So you might be saying: Lion why a guide on drawing black people? Well young blood it’s because a lot of people cant…seem…to draw…black people..Amazing I know. 

Racist (caricatures) portrayals of black people have been around forever, and to this day people can’t seem to draw black people like they are human. If your artwork resembles any of the above even remotely your artwork is racist and offensive. If you try to excuse that as a stylistic choice you’re not only a terrible artist, but racist too!!! Congrats.

Whitewashing is also a problem. A lot of people refuse to draw black features on canonly black characters. While this example isn’t colored, lightening the skin-tone of a character is also considered whitewashing. So lets start with features!

Now all black people have different noses thats a no-brainer, but black noses tend to have flatter bridges, and wider nostrils. Please stay from triangular anime noses and small button noses. Your drawings should not depict black people with abnormally large noses. (Especially if you do not draw other characters this way)

If you feel like the way you draw lips on black characters is offensive or resembles a caricature,it probably does and you should change it. ABSOLUTELY AVOID PLACING LIPS AT THE BOTTOM OF THE FACE. 

Hair is so diverse! Please get used to drawing braids, locs,kinks and coils! If you can learn to draw ringlets and long waves you can learn how to draw black hairstyles.

Add clips! Learn how to draw baby-hairs and never be afraid to add color Pinterest and Google are free my dudes! Also try using square brushes for blocking in coils.
