Remind yourself: YOU can do this because YOU can do anything. I have not practiced yoga for weeks now and I am looking forward when I get to do inversions again. I was initially scared to do it because of my history but I liked it. Never have I imagined that this day will come after mustering all the courage I have. There's always power when you believe that you can. There's always an opportunity for you to start something and to make that first step. You may be doubtful a bit but you'll eventually overcome that thinking once you're able to dip yourself into the water and realize that you can float. God has something for us in every second, minute or events in our lives. Trust that he will not bring us to a path and challenge that we cannot bear and win. On my 7th reBirthday, I am grateful that he has given me a phase to start over and an opportunity to reconnect with my innerself to further discover potential skills, strengthen values and initiate connections. My sincerest gratitude will always be said over and over for the people who remained beside me, no matter what; for the souls who prayed for me back then and until now, for the experiences and learnings I have, and for the continuous flow of blessings. Today marks my last working day with Unilever, tomorrow will be my 5th year as an employee and on Sunday, will officially be my last day. I would say that this has been such a wonderful journey for me. I loved every single moment I had with my TA, HR, Uniops and GM family as well as the encounters I had with the people in the organization. To be part of Unilever was just a dream back then, but it came true. My stint may not have been flawless but I know I left a footprint and impact to what I have done and the people I collaborated with. This is really a purpose led company which will inspire you to discover your own purpose and live with it. The relationships I have forged with the wonderful people of Unilever will never be forgotten. They will remain in my heart as I continue my path elsewhere. I will bring with me all the learnings that I have acquired and the skills that I have gained through the years. This is bittersweet but I know that when you love something/someone, the feeling remains until you let go of it. Unilever will always be in my heart. I just want to give this day to EU and highlight EU. EU’ve been such an amazing colleague at work and such a wonderful friend too. EU’ve been part of the many things in my life and more, I couldn’t than EU enough. Go out there, work hard, and create that perfect opportunity. -Anonymous I have been practicing yoga for quite sometime now and whenever there were chances to do inversions or headstand, I excuse myself. Maybe because I am really scared or just simply not confident and comfortable. I know my teachers will make sure to guide me in the said pose. Today, I took the risk. I defied what negative feelings that is holding me back. This is an oppprtunity that I had to jump in because I felt that it is about time. And it was a success. I may still need guidance and assistance but I did it. Thanks to Teacher Dex for making us feel that we can do it and for guiding us well onto this practice. Yoga is like our lives, it has multiple poses in each practice that we need to learn. We will eventually be familiar with it and be able to do them easily. All we have to do is to take time to learn and practice. Once we are able to find our rhythm, we will flow smoothly. There may be times that we will have to pause but we can easily get back and relearn our ways.
