Remind yourself: YOU can do this because YOU can do anything. I have not practiced yoga for weeks now and I am looking forward when I get to do inversions again. I was initially scared to do it because of my history but I liked it. Never have I imagined that this day will come after mustering all the courage I have. There's always power when you believe that you can. There's always an opportunity for you to start something and to make that first step. You may be doubtful a bit but you'll eventually overcome that thinking once you're able to dip yourself into the water and realize that you can float. The Multi-Tasking Intuitive Heart Has Many Functions! The consciousness is the brain, the heart and the human body acting as One. Other than for biological reasons, the heart as a muscle pumping blood throughout the body, the responsibility of the heart goes far beyond logic and reason. Listening to the heart is not far from the truth, as the heart, with its own intuitive mind has been known to be a major player in this extraordinary complex system. Love is another out of this world feeling and emotion that is connected to the heart as a feeling entity itself. We experience love in the area of where the heart is physically placed, in the centre and at the centre of the body. The energy field of the heart has been valued in many Eastern cultures for thousands of years. The human body is a rhythmic electromagnetic field emitting electromagnetic waves. The electric charges that course through the brain can be measured as well as the electromagnetic field as a whole, which is emitted from the human body, with the heart at its centre. The heart and the brain are connected by pathways. The heart and brain are in constant back and forth communication like a two-way street with the communication between the heart and the brain transmitting energetically, neurologically, biochemically and biophysically. We’ll never know when we will be at the top or bottom, when we will swirl and how fast our ride will be. In this ride, we just have to enjoy our time and hold on to that thrill. God has something for us in every second, minute or events in our lives. Trust that he will not bring us to a path and challenge that we cannot bear and win. On my 7th reBirthday, I am grateful that he has given me a phase to start over and an opportunity to reconnect with my innerself to further discover potential skills, strengthen values and initiate connections. My sincerest gratitude will always be said over and over for the people who remained beside me, no matter what; for the souls who prayed for me back then and until now, for the experiences and learnings I have, and for the continuous flow of blessings. As I continue my journey to realize my great potential and to live with my purpose, I will always bring with me the love, care, support and blessings from God and everyone around me.
