Late lunch. Socca with sautéed veggies. I've been cooking a lot this week. I gave up added sugar for the month of March and it's going super well. I get my sugars from fruit only. I've also cut out gluten products for a little while. It doesn't process as easily and it makes my stomach feel off. It's been almost a week.
