Hi! Time for my weekly breakdown! :)
I've been doing horrible lately. Like, eating a thousand calories a day horrible. Skipping workouts horrible. And I'm always thinking about eating!! I really dont know what happened, I was doing great before.
Still, I havent binged so thats good I guess. School is getting harder as the semester progresses, which is good. I dont have time to eat when I'm busy doing homework. I hope everyones week goes better than mine!

I'm down about two pounds since the last time I checked, but I'm still mad about my lost time. Not to mention my lack of exercise lately, stupid school makes it so hard to do anything! Despite that, I'm going to continue trying to lose weight. I mean, summer is coming in a few months, I can fight it out!

I've plateaued. ;-;
I've been the same weight for almost two weeks now, and I thought it was just water weight but it's definitely not just that. This is really annoying, I feel like I'm doing all this for no reason now.
As discouraging as it is, I'm not gonna give up! If anybody has some tips or something please feel free to mention them :)

Another update yay!
I'm down another pound but it seems too early... might just be water I've lost. Idk I'm trying not to get too hopeful yet. The things I mostly eat now are tuna salads, oatmeal, clementines, and bagels. I know bagels are refined carbs and blah blah blah but they taste yummy.
As for exercise, I still burn 200 through cardio and 50 through other exercises. I plan on starting a core exercise routine soon!

Ugh today's off to an awful start!
I got hungry this morning so I gave in and had a pudding cup. That was supposed to be my desert for the day, but my mother handed me a melting ice cream cone and urged me to eat it :(
I ate a bit and then walked off so she wouldnt see me flush it down the toilet. I feel really bad about eating it. Like a total failure.
I have 132 calories left for the day, and I plan to burn 350 with me exercise later. Overall, it's not irreversible damage but I feel bad anyway.
