Humans are space orcs

So I have been getting into this recently and I was thinking what aliens would think of medicine and taking antibiotics.

Human Rachel was sitting down in the dining area with a plate of human nutrients called "eggs" which was the unborn fetus of other animals much to Xir's disgust.

An unusual popping sound is heard from her area which quickly gains the interest of Xir. "What was that sound human Rachel?" Xir questions slight afraid to hear the answer.

"Ohh, sorry if it disturbed you. I have a killer hradache so im swallowing a pill that will numb my pain sensory receptors so it doesn't hurt as much." Human Rachel replied in downing a second 'pill' and wincing in pain.

Worry waskhed over Xir, "has your brain been injured, do you need to go to the med bay and fix it?" Numbing pain receptors??? Did human Rachel have a death wish, surely that was not a good idea.

Human Sophie walks into the dining area and suts next to Human Rachel, spotting the small foil package she questions human Rachel, "another headache? You would think you spend your life banging your head on walls to get so many." Human Rachel replies "I agree, I feel like my brain has been stabbed!"

At this point Xir pipes up "I'm going to call the medics" fearing for Human Rachels condition

"Nah, don't bother I have had worse."

Xir's colour dissappears at the thought as Xir backs out of the room as fadt as possible.
