Je me rends compte que je suis vraiment une "vieille" ici... En effet, le 20 mars, cela fera 8 ans que j'ai créé ce tumblr. 8 années où j'ai eu des moments de joies, comme des petits moins joyeux... 8 ans où j'ai partagé des photos de toute sortes, d'abord sur mon tout premier couple sims 4, puis sur Shane et Nolan, et à présent sur une grande majorité de mes sims. A l'époque, je n'aurais jamais pensé être active ici aussi longtemps, je pensais que je finirais par m'en lasser et laisser mon blog à l'abandon... Et pourtant non. Aujourd'hui, en 2023, je suis toujours présente !
Sweetdemolitionlovers c'est au final : 2207 publications (2208 avec celui-là). C'est surtout 350 abonnés, ce qui est énorme pour moi qui ne fait pourtant rien d'exceptionnel ! Mais dans tous les cas, je tiens à remercier toutes ces personnes qui me suivent depuis des années, des mois, comme juste des jours... Vraiment, un grand merci ! 💕

I realize that I am really an "old one" here... Indeed, on March 20th, it will be 8 years since I created this tumblr. 8 years in which I had joyful moments, as well as less joyful ones... 8 years where I've shared all kinds of pictures, first about my very first sims 4 couple, then about Shane and Nolan, and now about a great majority of my sims. Today marks 8 years.
8 years since my suicide attempt. 8 years since I experienced death for 3 whole minutes. To this day I wonder why I’m still here. I have no purpose. No plan. No reason to even exist.
There’s a lot of things that have hurt me in my life. But one of the biggest ones is that nobody came. Nobody tried to stop me. Nobody came home for 4 hours after I took those pills. Because at that point in my life nobody fucking cared.
I have people who care now. But I’m still stuck. I’m still stuck in the past. I’m imprisoned by the trauma, the memories, the pain, all of it. Everything.
And I can’t shake it. I don’t think the pain will ever go away. But that’s okay. I’m fine :)

It just so happens that today, Valentines Day, I celebrate 2930 days sober. Remember my band, @the2930s ? Anyhow, I digress. Around 3pm NSW time (5am Dresden time) on 6th February 2015 I had my last drink at Rosis… a couple of hours later I was in an ambulance heading to a psychiatric hospital, the rest, as they say, is history. If I knew then what I know now, I may have reevaluated my situation earlier, but I have regrets. It’s all part of the journey. Thanks everyone who has helped me along the way. From back when I needed a place to stay, an understanding ear, a kind word, space, comfort, a meal, a smile, a laugh, keeping me accountable and everything in between.
