i don’t remember where i remembered this from but i remembered it yesterday.

emphasis in a sentence can change its meaning a LOT. for example, the sentence "i didn't eat those children." *i* didn't eat those children implies it wasn't you, but it happened. i *didn't* eat those children implies you didn't do it, and it didn't happen. i didn't *eat* those children implies you did something else to them. i didn't eat *those* children implies you ate other children. i didn't eat those *children* implies you ate adults or smth

I worry this fall was worse than i thought. Maybe its all the adrenaline that happened when it happened telling me its fine, or the fact the imaging from the ER came back all good, or the fact my alertness/language is back to normal, but my head still hurts four days later and i still get dizzy spells. I did fall from a like… 16.2/16.5 hh horse, so something between five and six feet on my back and back of my head (killer whiplash, jfc)

My adhd brain is DYING for a project to spin up on but i get a migraine if i focus on anything for a period of time, and all my projects i want to noodle on are on my pc.

That 'meme' both hit a bit too close to home but also is something I can see Kyle struggling with. Especially the first half of it when left alone for too long. Which is why I hc Bluebell and Hunter visiting Kyle a lot when Asra is away on long trips and partly why Asra gets Muriel to check in on Kyle.

However, he tends to do better on the second half. Not usually relying on his knowledge and having basic stuff for common items written down so he can check it.

And while he can scare people away with his energy his positivity usually tends to attract rather than detract. At least at first or when he's being more 'artificial' think shop owner mode. He's not typically going to tell a customer about his favorite bird. Rather it's something he's more selective with so when you get Kyle ranting you know he trusts and cares for you.
