The stupid, avoidable Intellivision Amico furniture lawsuit, starring personal guarantor Tommy Tallarico

As discussed on Reddit. The original complaint is discussed here, and Tallarico’s ludicrous response was posted here (click for respective links).

Recap: The Intellivision Amico is a mind-bogglingly stupid idea, helmed by amateur rodeo clowns who appear to have been kicked in the head too many times.

The complaint is a simple demand of money owed, due to breach of written equipment and breach of personal guaranty. Amur Equipment Finance Inc. provided furniture and office equipment to the stupid Intellivision office, but the stupid Intellivision company didn’t have enough credit, so stupid CEO Tommy Tallarico signed as a personal guarantor.

Stupidly, Tallarico defaulted on the payments, resulting in Amur repossessing the equipment from the stupid office and auctioning it off at a loss. Stupid Intellivision was credited with what they were able to recover, which wasn’t much.

Stupid Tommy got served with papers at 7am on December 28th, 2022 and the sheriff generously stated that he looked to be in his 40s.

And then, stupid Tallarico’s stupid lawyers wrote a stupid response to the simple contract, once again wasting everyone’s time and money, in order to avoid taking responsibility.

The dumbest part of Tallarico’s stupid defense is where he claims that the Amur should have gone after Intellivision (who is in hiding, as is Tallarico) before him.
